Day 20 – Set for Success Sunday – Let’s Have a Great Week

 Today is SUNDAY!  Sunday is the perfect day of the week to reflect on the week that has past and to plan for the week ahead.

 

SUCCESS SUNDAY

Sunday is the perfect day of the week to reflect on what has passed and to plan what we want to achieve in the next week.  Remember no matter HOW BIG your goal is, all goals are simply broken down into baby steps.  All you need to do every week is take a baby step towards your goal.  Then celebrate your small achievement in an empowering way, and then repeat the process the next week.

 

 

 

So whatever you want your weight loss to be it is simply a matter of following very ordinary things a  day at a time.  You can apply this to ANY GOAL, and all goals are easier to achieve when you are fit, healthy and confident.  So let’s make sure you achieve your weight loss goals this summer! Week 3 of the Challenge so well done in getting this far! We have 293 people in the Challenge so far and have lost over 60 Stone in Weight … WELL DONE <3 xx

What can you learn from the last week?  Remember that if you make mistakes, have blips, or things go wrong, try to look at the bright side, count your blessings and see if there is a lesson that can be learned that will help you to have a better week in the week ahead.

Today is the day that I want you to get clear on the goal you want to achieve for this week…. a number of smaller goals will eventually result into one MAJOR  goal.

      Sundays Summer challenge

      Week starting May 27th

      My top five goals this week

      1) Drink 5 litres of water EVERY DAY
      2) go back walking 5k 3times a week
      3) paint the front fence
      4) more physio
      5) scrub the ovens!

      My treat this week to buy myself a new pair of Runners

      1) continue gardening I know I will feel better and look better when it looks better!
      2) I am having a week of shakes only to boost my loss
      3) Be ruthless with clothes, no matter how much I love them like the jeans I had on yesterday, if they are too big they need to go as I won’t need them again
      4) Buy some trainers as I feel I’m now fit enough to attend a fitness class, hope that makes sense
      5) Get practicing on the driving range, my OH plays golf and I’d like to learn properly

      Treat for the week – fake tan for my friend’s party this coming Saturday xx

      Hi everyone,
      My top five goals for the coming week are:
      1. Drink at least 4 litres of water per day
      2. Do some form of exercise every day, even walking
      3. Spend some time every day on revising
      4. Lose at least 2lb
      5. Write out my list of all goals for the next 3 months with small goals which will get me there

      My treat for the week is having a nice, relaxing bath and paint my nails. xx

      My top 5 goals are

      1. To be more positive about getting back on track.
      2. To up my water intake by a litre a day.
      3. To get rid of that ten pound to reach my 3rd stone
      4. To realise that Rome wasn’t built in a day, ( I want to be skinny yesterday lol)
      5. To get to the end if this week blip free.

      My treat will be new shoes for summer something with sparkles…

      1- complete 30 day shred everyday
      2- drink plenty of water
      3- stay positive even when I feel like I’m not doing well
      4- lost 3lbs
      5- sort all my fat clothes out

      Treat- buy a new wardrobe! (Clothes, not an actual wardrobe!!)

      my top 5 goals for this week are;
      1. Accept my blips and move forward.
      2. Introduce some exercise at least 3 times this week for starters.
      3. Make more me time and complete the daily tasks.
      4. Give myself credit on how far I’ve come NOT how far I could be?
      5. Look into photography classes.
      My treat at the end of this week will be some Angel cards  🙂

      My to 5 goals for this week!

      1. Try not to focus so much on the weight. The changes I am making must be making a difference.
      2. Make sure I finish work on time
      3. Make exercise part of my daily routine
      4. Drink more water
      5. Get more sleep!

      Hey everyone, so proud of us all for loosing so much weight between us!
      My top 5 goals for this week are:

      1: Up my water intake (which should be easier now I’ve go my water flavours!

      2: Spend one on one time with each of my 3 children every day, even if it’s only 10 minutes.

      3: Complete another 100% week and help those lbs melt away… with my holiday coming up now I need this weight to fall off me!

      4: Get back into the pool for some serious swimming to prepare me for my lifeguards course in August (and in turn hopefully this will lead to some part-time work and some much needed €’s!!)

      5: Attend the school “gathering” bbq on Saturday night strong and dedicated to the diet, knowing that I can enjoy myself whilst only sipping on water!!

      Ooo forgot to give myself a treat for the week!

      I’m going to save my lunchtime shake until the evening on Saturday and have a yummy hot chocolate shake with a yummy peanut crunch bar… bliss!!!

      My top 5 goals this week:

      1. Drink my water!!
      2. Don’t blip with low carb extras to the plan
      3. Try not to get violent in work 😉
      4. Walk during my “lunch break” and actually take the hour!
      5. Clean and sort out my life: work desk, flat, wardrobe…. yeowzah!

      My treat will be visiting my Nana in England for her birthday, and rocking that tiny dress!

      1. become healthier by getting to my goal weight
      2. to become toned and slim by walking 7k with my daughter every day
      3. to see the 10 stone somehtings on my scale again!
      4.to paint my nails and do my tan and hair so i start looking as good as i know ill feel!
      5. to be the happiest i can be, we only live once, why waste it being unhappy with yourself?

      my treat will be eyebrow and bikini wax eek!|(its a treat as ill be on hols in 2 weeks)
