Me and my oh enjoy taking the dog for a walk different places. Normally along a beach or up a mountain.
I have aslo started taking her for a walk round the park on my own. Might not sound like much but is to me and i can feel my confidence increasing xxx
Love this post Stephanie i am so glad that your confidence is growing and i cant wait to see you progress each day in this area. Thank you for sharing with us xxx
Don’t laugh but my up most favourite activity to do with the kids and burn off those calories is Just Dance game. We have it on our Apple TV and between me and my 10/6 year olds we have raked up some super fitness points and I get to feel like a dancing superstar while I’m at it 😂😂😂😂
Now the holidays are here I’m also cycling with the family, back running and also swimming outside, I love this one as I get to help my 6 year old swim so quality time with the calories being burned….
Silly thing is i always feel fitter and happier with more energy so I really don’t understand why I have to wait for the summer to do all happen…. Note to ones self…. Why stop at September, carry on through the rest of the year 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Love this Sara. I have the Just Dance game also and love to show off my dancing skills to it lol. Thank you for sharing with us. xxxx
1) There are various activities like walking with my husband or my niece. Playing on the Wii with my niece as she loves it. It doesn’t happen that often but when it does its some quality time with my niece that we both enjoy.
2) Walking is something I was unable to do before I lost weight. Now I love walking as it good for the mind and toning up.
3) Exercise makes me feel more alive. There’s nothing like the feel of the breeze on your face and the sound of birds singing while walking off road. You cant beat the peace and tranquility of the country side away from everything. Its so invigorating.
