How quickly can I expect to receive my New You products? | VLCD
On a TFR / VLCD plan we understand the importance of getting your parcel on time, that is why we have dedicated a whole blog to just this topic!
NI & ROI: If the order is placed before 3pm on a working day it normally delivered the next working day.
Rest of the UK : Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are normally delivered within the next two working days
International orders: You ca request timescales for this at the point of purchase and we will get this information as quickly as possible
What to do if you dont get your parcel on time:
We will always do our best to keep you informed of any delays to your parcel, in the event that something is not received in the timescales you were expecting then please feel to contact us either through the live chat that should be visible on your screen now. Alternatively please feel free to email me on [email protected] asking me to track your parcel and we will aim to come back to you within 24 hours at the latest. For NI, ROI & Uk customers it is a good idea to check your email if your parcel is running late as our dispatch manager will sometimes email you if there has been a known delay with your parcel.
