The  Tools:

I have another couple of tools for you again this week. I have made the weekly planner available again here.

With the aid of these two tools there is actually very little that should stand in your way on our VLCD. The second tool, the 7 Day Kick Start Programme is going to be particularly effective in the event that you are just starting out on the plan as it is a step by step guide to completing your first week on our Total Food Replacement Diet.

Tips:

On Ellie’s Webinar this week I got a tip from a customer that blew my mind when I looked into it a little deeper. Alison suggested that one of the ways that she tracks her success is with an app called Monitor Your Weight HD which if you are an apple user you can can find [Here]. Alison loves this app as it estimates everything including the date when she will hit her target.

As I use an Android phone I thought I would do a little research into what is available for us and found some fairly interesting apps. The one that kept coming up was Noom Weight Loss app which boasts a log book that tracks your workouts, meals and weigh loss progress. To be fair the meal part of this would be redundant on our while following our diet but would be great once you enter the refeed stage of the diet. I played with this app for a couple of days and am really taken by how easy it is to use! Tricks:

There is a Craze that has taken our Secret Slimmers by storm! This is making our amazing porridge into biscuits. As this has proven to be so popular I thought I would share it on here in case you don’t go onto our Secret Page that often and choose to follow the blogs rather.  Thank you to Dawn for sharing her video on how to make these.

How To Make Cookie’s:

Please note that the porridge is classed as TFR and the products should be consumed within 20 minutes to ensure that you get the full value of the product.
