What are your 3 Level Goals for the Week?
I am sure you are wondering what the 3 level goals are…. well let me explain.
When you set any type of goal, whether that is a weight loss goal or any other type of goal, it is a great idea to set 3 levels.
This means that you will not feel like a failure if you do not hit you BIG WOOHOO GOAL – and helps you to feel that your goals are both achievable and exciting!
What are the 3 levels?
Minimum!
Happy!!
Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So what I want you to do now is post your 3 level goals for this week.
What do you want to achieve this week, what have you been struggling with?
For example, mine are:
Minimum! – 2.3 litres of water a day
Happy!! – Personal Training 3 times this week
Woohooo!!!!!! – Staying 100%

Minimum, have a positive thought about myself everyday
Happy, drink my four lts and fit a swimming session in
Woohoo, be 100% everyday this week!
Minimum- don’t eat any of the kids leftovers/join them in naughty food
Happy – drank my 4ltrs of water
Woohoo- continue to loose weight knowing I’ve have stuck to plan 100% not that I was lucky a blip didn’t catch up with me!
This week’s goals are
Minimum: 4 packs and 4 litres every day
Happy: Complete my pretty muddy race for life in less than an hour
Woohoo: To be in the next stone bracket
Hi my 3 level goals for this week are:
Minimum! – stick to family focus with no blips. (However small I think they are)
Happy!! – exercising 5 days of the week and enjoying it!
Woohoo!!!!! – sticking to plan 100% and really seeing the results!
Holidays in 2 weeks so bikini motivation is here!
Minimum – to have positive thoughts
Happy – to be 100% on plan
Woohooo – to loose 4lb this week
Minimum! – I’m a newbie. Drink the amount of water required each day, before my 1st ever parcel even arrives(ordered on a Saturday/yesterday)
Happy!! – Receive 1st ever package and go full steam into it.
Woohooo!!!!!! – Start my exercise bike again and do it a few times a week.
