Planning a Dream Holiday
Have you ever planned a holiday in your dream destination? If you have you will realise how much time and effort it takes. If you want to go to a dream destination, then you need to research and plan ahead so that you can make the most of it.
It takes AGES! Literally it will take you hours on the computer, for days or weeks, searching for where to go, the best attractions, tickets, restaurants, shops, tours, entertainment, shows, events, flights, hotels, the list goes on… It really takes so much time and effort to plan a dream holiday.
When you plan things and take action, they come true.
So whatever you are dreaming about, get it out on paper, make your plan, take action, and it will come true. Too many people keep their dreams in their head, because they think that is all they are, but when you start taking action and planning, then dreams become reality.
Planning your trip to Destination Slimdom
When you are starting out on your weight loss journey, it is like starting out on a big holiday. You need to plan and research, and stay focused on moving closer to your destination. The more attention you put into your journey the more likely you will get to your destination. Plan every thing, focus on the daily processes and habits.
Understand how ketosis works, get around people who can support you and encourage you, start some activities that suit your level of fitness, push yourself every week to do just a little bit more, be committed total food replacement 100%.
Eat, drink, sleep, breathe your journey to Destination Slimdom. Make it your full purpose. Don’t let anything or anyone stand in your way of getting to your dream destination of living in a slim healthy fit body and feeling happy proud and in control.
It does take time and effort and lots of planning and dedication…. but all big goals do. So you just have to believe that you can do it, and that you deserve it, and then wake up everyday to make it happen.
Live. Your. Dream.
We only have one life, let’s live it on our terms. Set about today to make that happen.
Get to where you want to be with your body and plan a great holiday as your deadline! 🙂

I would love to go back to the Dominican Republic where we had our honeymoon and not hide under long baggy dresses or have to walk far away from everyone else on the beach before sunbathing in my swimming costume and going into the sea.
I’ve always dreamed of walking along the sandy beach in a bikini or sexy swimming costume with my legs and tummy all toned and tanned and not a care in the world. I think it would feel like I was floating, as the pride I would have for getting to goal would be so euphoric. I can and I will finish this xxx
I have no exact dream destination it’s just not possible with 2 wee ones and being on maternity leave at the minute but at the end of August we head away on our holidays down south for a week! We are just back from a week in the caravan and it was beautiful weather really hot and I didn’t have the confidence to wear short sleeves tops so in the roasting hot days I was in a blouse and it was hard coping with the heat! I want to be able to wear sleeveless tops at the end of August I also want to be comfortable in a swimsuit when we take the girls to the pool I know this will happen as I have been there before with the newyou plan and felt amazing that’s why I’m determined to stick to this 100% so I can feel good and enjoy my next holiday and possibly get a photo taken with the girls and not want examine it before anyone else’s sees it x
Ive always loved to do a bit of travelling/backpacking. Round austraila / europe / america.
If i was at goal weight and doing this i would be loving life!! Not only would it be a dream come true but i would be fitter and healthier to do it and carry that backpack!!!
Florida / Mexico and to be at work at target would just be perfect
My dream destination was and still is Texas. My first trip there, I was very over weight. Obese 3 to be exact. Every year since I have been lighter going back.
This is my 4th trip back there and hopefully this time I will be at goal. If I reach goal before I go, I will be on top of the world. Will definitely need to shop for clothed that fit. Nothing ever tastes as good a slim feels. This year I’m truly living the dream
I’ve been fortunate enough to go to many beautiful places since meeting my husband10 years ago, but the one place I’ve always wanted to visit is Venice during the carnival season…. I’ve wanted to be able to join in by dressing up in the old ball gowns and donning a mask and dancing the night away with strangers from all over the world. Then the next day I’d go around the canals in a gondola with the hubby taking in all the beautiful architecture….
Losing the weight to go to Venice would be a life changer as I’d be a lot more comfortable getting into a gondola a slimer person…. I just imagine being big and getting my footing wrong and ending up bobbing up and down in the canal waiting to be rescued – lol
Also I’d be more confident… Not that I’m not now but I think you feel so much better about yourself when you’ve achieved your goal it… It would be the icing on the cake
My dream destination is NEW YORK CITY, it hasbeen a dream of mine for many years to go there for winter around december time. To be at my goal weight would be amazing and if i have my new knees i could enjoy Central Park it is my go to place for sure.,,,,
