I started in January 3rd 2014,  I finally decided I was fed up with being so fat for all if 2013, that 2014 was gonna b a slimtastic year for me. I hated what the scales were telling me. And hearing so called friends talking about how fat I was finally pushed me to do something about it. My starting weight was 14 9.. I gave lost 4 stone on new u plan and a stone by healthy eating. I was a size 18…. I am now a size 8 to 10 bottom and size 6 top..

Why Lisa wanted to drop the weight:

I wanted to be more confident, happy, and to enjoy life instead of thinking everyone’s looking or laughing at me.. I even started to not want to go out as I hated they way I look.. The benefits I have seen is I suffered with panic attacks and although I still have them, they r not so frequent. I don’t feel so sluggish. Or lethargic!! My energy levels r sky high now and for some reason I have a goo night sleep and feel so fresh in the morning… I loved being able to go clothe shopping with my girls, and no that they r not embarrassed to be seen with there mummy!! And I can get the size of the rails and no that it’s gonna fit me

The support is AMAZING!!! I wouldn’t of got through the days if it wasn’t or the support u get on secret slimmers!! They r all like a second family to me and they r all going through what u r!! U r never alone!! Everyone is so supportive and when u r feeling low or struggling there is always someone there to talk too!! I loved reading everyone’s success stories and I use to say I’m gonna be one one of them one day!! ( and here I am)

 

What Lisa would say to anyone starting out on the plan and to those trying to stay on track:

The advice I would give is make sure u have a clear head to do this plan.. The first few days r the hardest do make sure u can give it 100% and the rest is plane sailing!! Join secret slimmers page and read through everyone success stories and go onto new u plan website and read through what tfr is all about and if it is for u!!

To stay in track I kept myself busy…have a soak in the bath read a book go for a walk!! Go on to secret slimmers or go through the journal they new you plan have. Write down how your feeling u will be amazed how much this takes off your mind… Always think why am u doin. This too

 Lisa’s menu plan & refeed:

My daily plan was shake at 7 bar at 11 shake at 4 and then a meal. I used to fill 2 2litres bottles up with water so u knew u had my allowance of water for the day!! The water flavourings r to for for?! My favourite was pink lemonade!! I used to have one treat on a Saturday night while the family would have a takeout, it felt like I was having a treat too.. I loved the chocalate balls and strawberry wafers!!

For the refeed, I followed the new you plan refeed that was in the journal… Since starting refeed back in march I have lost another stone by eating healthily!! I joined maintainers group too as it was good to see what other people were eating and of I was making the right choices..

 Lisa’s exercise Routine on our VLCD:

I didn’t really do much exercise as I have a dodgy ankle which is getting better since losing weight!! 🙂 but I walked my little doggy everyday and was quite active at work.. I did done toning exercise but that was it really!!

My fav products… They all gorgeous really so tasty, I just don’t like te texture of the soups and porridge!! Love. Loved the strawberry and chocalate shakes and strawberry wafers!!

 What Lisa would say to anyone who is thinking of starting a VLCD plan:

My advice for anyone thinking of doing this plan us DO IT DO IT DO IT!! u will be amaze how fast the weight comes off!! Don’t waste more time being unhappy with your weight!! Make today the day that u start to live ur life to the full and love your body…. It really is the Best diet ever and the support is nxt to none… Just think one day u Will be one of those success stories and u will be where I am today!! HAPPY CONFIDENT AND HEALLTHY!! Don’t hold back, make today the day u change your life for good!! U can do this!! I use to think I wing ever get there but here I am 5 months later lower than my original goal weight and so very happy!! Just want to say a big thank you to everyone of u at new you!! Especailly Julie Ann for believing in me and Lisa for all your lovely comments to me!!
