Taking all of this into consideration, my mind has been on overdrive, and I am so excited of the format for this new challenge, it is something totally different and I believe it will be life changing and fun for those who take part! I have created this whole challenge around what YOU want. Β
The good news is if you don’t want to all of it, you don’t have to! You can tailor this challenge to help give you the motivation you need to create an amazing transformation this summer and to build in the healthy happy habits to help you maintain your weight loss.
This transformation challenge, is all about making real change in yourself, changing from the inside out, so that you not only create a jaw dropping transformation this Spring, but that you change how you think so that you can really live life without hiding in the background and feeling ashamed of how you look.
I know what that feels like, and it is awful, if I can help just a handful of people to not feel like that anymore by doing this challenge, then it will be more than a success in my eyes.
When I started The New You Plan just over 6 years ago it was MyΒ Mission to create a company that helped people to live the life of their dreams, without letting their weight hold them back. One of the biggest struggles I have had in my life since I started The New You PlanΒ ironically is my weight, this is mostly due to 2 pregnancies that resulted in a condition that lasted for over 1 year in each pregnancy that gave me severe pelvic instability, I was in constant chronic pain and could not walk. Β
I lost all my independence, and I also had 2 falls that resulted in broken ankles. Β My mobility problems, 2 babies, and a growing business, moving house, and much more. Β It has been a crazy 6 years, but you know what, even the hard times I would not change now.
I have decided to attach a Meaning to my struggle that empowers me and encourages me to help others. I believe that I have had this struggle because it has made me stronger and it has given me the gift of being able to help others to overcome their struggle too.
My Mission for this Challenge is to get you to your goal weight and to create a Movement that Makes You Happy & Healthy. Β Not just for this Spring, but for the rest of your life. Creating your New You, is much more than just Meal Replacements. Β
This challenge incorporates EVERYTHING that you need to create a new you inside and out, and make long lasting changes for long term slimness. Β It is going to be so much fun! I am so excited to take part in this with you π

Each and everyone of us is a result of our habits and rituals. Β If we are slim and healthy, that is a result of our habits. Β If we are overweight and unhealthy, that is also a result of our habits. Β Our weight is a result of the habits we have with…
Meals – what we eat!
Motivation – how excited we are to make things happen for ourselves!
Move – how much we exercise!
Mindset – how we deal with problems and challenges!
Our weight is a result of our habits in regards to what we eat, how we deal with stress, how we deal with boredom, how we think about ourselves, how we have fun, and how much we move!
If we want different results then we need to build in better habits.
That is what #Mchallenge is all about – building in the healthy happy habits that so that you won’t just “Get Slim” but so that you can “Get Slim, Stay Slim & Live Life!”
My dream is for anyone who completes this challenge to really step into a more confident, happier, fun loving version of themselves. Β Someone who doesn’t hide in photos, and doesn’t dread social events, or being afraid to go and follow their dreams because they are uncomfortable with their size.

What Meal Plan Do I Have to Follow To Take Part?
This challenge is going to be OPEN to everyone, not just to those who are going to follow “Total Food Replacement – Fast Focus Meal Plan” Β I want everyone to take part in this, whether you are committed to creating a jaw dropping weight loss transformation or if you want to maintain or lose a little. Β
To take part we recommend you follow one of the following Meal Plans.
Choose From THREE Meal Plan Options
1. Β FAST FOCUS – This is VLCD TFR Total Food Replacement – you replace ALL your meals and get rapid results by creating a massive calorie deficit every day while benefiting from ketosis which means you won’t feel hungry. Β If you want to create a jaw dropping transformation this is a meal plan worth doing! Β You need to have no health issues and get your doctors consent to follow this plan.
2. Β FRESH FOCUS – This is New You 5:2 – This suits people who for medical or lifestyle reasons cannot do FAST FOCUS every day of the week, but they could manage it at least 2 days a week. Β This type of meal plan is also called intermittent fasting and comes with reams of benefits, not only weight loss, but improved cell regeneration, improved health, and anti aging benefits. Β We recommend on non fast days that you eat FRESH healthy foods and avoid processed carbs. Β You will get a free healthy eating guide when you sign up for the challenge.
3. Β FAMILY FOCUS – This is a new meal plan that we are promoting for those people who feel that they would be happier to do meal replacements during the day but want to eat a healthy meal with their family in the evening time. Β We recommend that you have one small low carb healthy meal with your family in the evening and stick to meal replacements for breakfast, lunch and snacks.
YOU CAN SWAP AND CHANGE PLANS THROUGHOUT THE CHALLENGE!
I personally will be starting the challenge following FAST FOCUS, and then due to a family wedding, I will move to FRESH FOCUS or FAMILY FOCUS for a couple of weeks, before returning back to FAST FOCUS.
The whole idea of this challenge is that no matter what is going on in your life, that you are still taking part, and focused on building in the healthy habits and mindsets that are going to help you change for the long term.
I don’t want anyone thinking…. “Oh I can’t take part as I am going to Spain for 2 weeks in April” Β You can take part, this challenge is all about being healthy and happy.
So if you have a holiday, or a wedding, or you don’t have much to lose, or maybe you are just looking to maintain your weight – this does not matter! #Mchallenge is for EVERYONE no matter what stage of your weight loss journey you are on, and no matter what chaos is going on in your life. How Does the #Mchallenge Work?
The first thing you need to do is SIGN UP FOR THE FREE CHALLENGE so that you get all the emails, videos and motivation.
Once you sign up, you will get an email that will confirm your registration and then instructions on what to do next.
The first of #Mchallenge is to take your #measurements and get a good picture of where you are now, how you feel and what you want to change!

What are the M’s?
Once you are signed up to the #Mchallenge – you will get a series of videos, worksheets and blog posts from me all about what #M habits to build into your daily routines. The Challenge will include a;

These are simple habits to build in to make sure you have a happy and healthy day!
The #M.s include simple things like drinking water, eating healthy, gratitude, taking a moment to appreciate an amazing sunset, creating a fun moment with your friends and family, going for a walk, exercising, waking up early, writing out your goals, getting your hair cut, buying a new pair of jeans, and basically just enjoying life! πΒ
The #M’s are a series of habits that I have been building into my life for years, implementing these habits have helped me to lose weight (over 100 pounds) and really create a life for myself that was simply a dream 6 years ago, and I did this even though I faced a lot of challenges. Β You can too. Β
The right habits will get you the right results.
I really believe that with the right #Meals, #Mindset, #Motivation, #Mission and #Meaning you can create the life of your dreams and get slim and stay slim. Β I will go into each one of these throughout the challenge. Β
If you just focus on #meal replacements, and don’t build in the healthy habits and thinking along side this then you might find it harder to #maintain.
“If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always got.”
If you have gained weight before – then I really urge you to take part in this challenge and build in the healthy habits that will make it different for you this time.
You might think a lot of the #M‘s are so simple, drinking water, going for a walk, being mindful and how can they really change your life?
There is no big secret to living a healthy, happy life, it is just doing the simple daily habits, day in and day out that create a massive momentum of change!
Everyone is looking for the big secret to get and stay slim, when it really all is simple daily ordinary things.
“Ordinary things, Consistently Done, Create Extraordinary Results!” If you want extraordinary results, then do the ordinary things everyday. Β
That is what theΒ #Mchallenge is all about.
Use this challenge as #motivation to build in the healthy habits that will help you enjoy your weight loss journey, but more importantly will help you to #maintain your weight loss.
Even if you are reading this, and thinking that you do not know if you can follow the diet plan because your head is not in the right place you can still take part, build in the healthy habits NOW and make the real changes on the inside first, and then when your head is in the right place, your body will follow. There were times last year that I could not get my head in the right place to do total food replacement, but I worked on my healthy habits, and then it was easy to do the diet.

How Do I Win The Weekly Prizes?

How Does The Makeover Photoshoot Prize Work?
If you want to take part in the transformation #makeover photoshoot prize,Β you will need to download and print off the “I AM IN” Sign and Take a Photo with it.
You will need to submit theΒ photo to the new you plan, you do not have to post the photo on social media if you do not want to, and we will never show anyone without your permission.
You will be sent information on how to do this after your register for the challenge. Β
You do not have to take part in this, it is an additional bonus prize for those who are aiming to lose a lot of weight this Spring and Summer.
The Transformation Makeover Photo-shoot Prize – This photoshoot will take place in September 2016 in Belfast. The winner will be announced in August 2016. Β The winner will be decided byΒ The New You Plan. Β The prize will include all travel and hotel expenses to Belfast, a personal style session and a new outfit, a makeover and a photo shoot. π Terms & Conditions apply.Β
