The New You Plan VLCD
Mid Month Momentum:
To help keep the momentum up right through to the end of this month and kick start your week I have done two things. Firstly I given you access once again to the weekly planner, and secondly I would love to hear from you – put anything on my wall below that you feel well motivate you and others!
For example if you have had a particularly amazing moment in your transformation so far, or if you have come across a quote or something else that has motivated you recently post it here and we can share the inspiration and motivation!
My inspiration for this week:
After much contemplation while writing this blog I discovered I was in no position to inspire anyone so I took a break to think about things. I jumped on the rowing machine and 10 minutes later I was still no closer, 20 minutes later… still nothing. Then after 30 minutes the reality set in and in a somewhat bewildered state I had my inspiration for you this week, and this is –
Inspiration is best found in actions, often when we set out to do something our inexperience leaves us fumbling for an answer that in turn leaves us wondering round in circles. Moving forward gives you a clearer perspective of the terrain that lays before you and helps crystallize the action you need to take to succeed. This holds true for our VLCD program, taking each day, each week at a time brings you ever closer to your goal, you adapt and get stronger along the way. You will test your will and temper its strength with our help!

I will start the programme 1st week of February as I’m on Daniel fast at the moment. Just preparing myself.

Been diet since Monday had a very hard week I cheat a little everyday but still lost an amazing 9 pounds had a small Sunday roast and will crack back to diet tomorrow so pleased
