Monday Motivation – Make yourself a ‘Keep Going Album’
I absolutely love the idea of a ‘keep going’ photo album! It’s a great way to keep track of your journey week to week and to also show you how far you have come on a day you may be lacking in motivation!
Why not start your own ‘Keep Going’ album??
It’s a great way for you to visualize how well you are doing each week as you inch closer and closer to closing your fav jeans, or you see that zip in your dress is getting closer to closing. It will really help to spur you on to getting to your goal
I LOVE the idea of taking a pic of your weight on the scales each week! NOTHING beats seeing those numbers go down for a change!!!
Along with this I think a journal is also a great idea so you can keep track of your thoughts during your exciting journey! Give yourself the best chance of getting to your goal and your healthy weight!
Check out Jennie’s ‘Keep Going Album’
This is what has kept her going!!

Yes i do keep progress pics cos its amazing when you compare a few of them. I dont keep mesurements though as my clothes will tell me im shrinking.
Keeping pictures definitely motivates you and comparing them is the best feeling in the world. Well done hun xxxx
Hi, I measure every three to four weeks and I keep the photos and I maintain my graph of weight loss, and I nearly forgot the #mchallenge spreadsheet since 4th April.
Well done Rebecca keeping progress on your inches is brilliant and sometimes you cannot see it in yourself and this keeps you motivated and gives you a massive boost. 🙂 XXXX
1)Yes I take pictures every week and I have also created a photo book of when I was my starting weight, just as a reminder that I don’t want to go back there.
2) Yes I check my measurements once a month and so far I have lost over 100 inches all over ie bust, neck, upper arms, waist, hips, thighs and calves. My wrist has gone from large to small.
3) Word can not express the feeling I get as a result of weightloss. I no longer rush past shop windows but slowly pass now as I look at the reflection that has my face but I still cant believe its me. I’m not the person I was a year ago, I’m the new improved model as I am finally becoming the person that has remained buried beneath being over weight for so long xx
Fab jacki you are smashing it 🙂 Well done hun xxxx
Yes. I’ve taken lots of pictures on my journey so that I can see how far I’ve come.
Yes. Taking my first measurements then monthly has been a huge motivation as the tape doesn’t lie and again seeing how much has gone.
Taking measurements are so important.. Even if the scales are stuck, the tape can show a different result and make you feel amazing. xx
I’m so glad I took and still take pics, sometimes you can’t see how much you’ve changed but having the older pics to look back on and compare is a massive moral boost.
I do body measurements on the first of each month and it’s so amazing to see which areas it’s come off the most, it’s changing all the time and it’s so crazy putting the tape measure back to the first biggest measurement and seeing how far you’ve come.
I cannot even put into words how awesome it is to see the numbers keep dropping. I am so so happy and fully determined to go all the way xx
