Great video Grant & Ellie!!! 🙂 HUGE CONGRATS to the winner!!!!!!!! Woohooooooo 🙂 Well deserved xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I add dried chilli to almost everything even in the choc shake just to add a touch of difference – I also add less water to shakes and mix too much so you can eat with a spoon a bit like a famous pud x
CHILLI ADDICT!!! LOVE IT! If it works for you it works for you 🙂 xox
I always cook on the hob , adding herbs and spices to main meals ( but NO salt ) . shakes i mix and match with water flavours or less water to make mousse or ice-cream with the weather being so nice . ice lollies made with the water flavouring , are becoming a favourite too .am in love with cookakes – makes it special to have them knowing i’m sticking to plan .xx
You know all the tricks in the book 🙂 Love it! Some great tips and ideas 🙂 xox
crushed ice and ice cold water and a quick one two with the hand blender makes the shakes much tastier!!!!
I haven’t tried this but it sounds like a great idea… LOVE IT!!! NEW YOU COCKTAILS 🙂 🙂 xx
I cook my recipes 😉
Thanks Julie-Ann for the mention xxx
I tend to have random ideas pop into my head to try, the next will be Rostie style with the spicy noodle nosh xx

I love adding pepper and chilli too Pauline 🙂 I have not tried adding the broth, as we only got that in around the same time I got pregnant! So I am behind the times with some of the ways to add the water flavouring! 🙂
Lovely comment as usual 🙂 Love your comments Pauline x
Totally love Dawns crisps, make them loads with my soup packs. Lot of different things i do with shakes, as am shaketastic. Loving ice cream at the minute which i make from shake and freeze in slushy, sometimes do mousse which means making a little thicker. To get different tastes in my shakes i mix packets, like half banana, half strawberry and lollypops is a must in this weather , either with shake or water flavours or again mixing 🙂 loving the versatility of all options x Dawn is a life saver with her recipes xxx
All Summery 🙂 I just love it 🙂 🙂 🙂 WOOHOO!!!
Mixing the pasta broccoli with the spicy noodle nosh makes a very interesting tasty meal – kind of like a lasagne! 🙂
WOW – This sounds interesting 🙂 LOVE IT! xx
Making Dawns cakes with every shake flavour 🙂 hot & cold shakes are yummy! Especially choc & orange water flavouring heated! 🙂 sometimes if having a real bad day I’d make the cakes and cut up little bits of hazelnut bar & it’s like choc & caramely cookakes :)x
Love it …. you even have the bad days worked out… woohooo 🙂 🙂 🙂
In all of my soups and most meals I add pepper and chilli flakes.
I’ve started experimenting with both Ginger and Mixed spice they’re nice in the cookacakes and choc shake. Now i have strawberry and vanilla too i will see what i can do with those.
Everyone keeps mentioning freezing water flavouring so i’m going to try that too and freezing the shakes into lollies.
My favourite mix with the water flavourings is orange and raspberry crush its very refreshing with ice cold water.
hint (Asda sell litre glass bottles for about £2.00 i have 2 in the fridge at all times!)
loved the cottage pie balls but didn’t like making them into little quiches with soup inside.
You have been experimenting a lot!! 🙂 I need to get ice lollies sorted too xx
I never have the chocolate shake cold anymore, I mix it with a shot of coffee and microwave it for a minute, when I have extra cravings I chop up a hazelnut or Truffa bar and put it in and let it melt, it feels like boldness but is all ketosis friendly.
Oh wow im intrigued by this!! must try it… sounds very moorish!! x
I ad lots (sometimes too much!!) chilli to mine, and a bit of garlic sometimes….. (I have been known to make my hubby wince) to all the savoury packs! I find extra flavour stops me from wanting more!!
I have tried a lot of different combinations over the last week, My faves are Vanilla shake warm with coffee (my morning saviour) and I love love the chicken soup crisps!! Im loving the blog and videos!! xxx
