I was reading my JUNE PLANNER WORKBOOK this morning, and I have achieved 4 out of my top 5 goals for the month! I am going to push this week to get the final goal achieved. I have lost 19 pounds so far this month and aiming for another 4 pounds this week and starting to do 10 minutes exercise a day.
One of my top 5 goals was to develop photography as a hobby. I have had a lesson and bought a photography course from groupon! I have been practicising loads and I am really enjoying it. Days out with the family now we think about going somewhere nice so that I can take photos, it gives me a great interest and also it is lovely to capture the kids growing up. I have wanted to do this for YEARS! What hobbies or interests have you been putting off? Make sure you start thinking about your July goals. Having hobbies and interests is a good way to keep you away from the fridge!

I would like 5 pounds this week. My birthday is 31st July and that’s when I aim to be the two sizes down for. Tomorrow is my last weigh in till then.
I plan to be out of bed for 7am and in the pool for half past three mornings and I plan to use the cross trainer and the bike this week… Can someone please have the oxygen on standby??
This week I will work on the habit of getting to bed nice and early so I can make my swimming in the mornings.
If I am 100% this week I am having a spray tan and my eyebrows shaped and tinted.

Finally managed a full week (first weigh in tomorrow!) after months of day 1’s. 100% and no snacks, thrilled to prove to myself that I can do this!
Goal for next week is 4 lbs
I plan to walk every day (weather is beautiful, no excuses)
The habit I want to work on is the exercise!
My treat for next week is a hair cut.

New habit is to put clothes away every night and not use the floor/chairs as extra storage!

My goal is five pounds this week, am going to the gym at 7am so I have the evening free to walk the dog and spend time with the kids, am going to reward myself by being 100% this last week and next week and buy a new bikini for my hols in three weeks when I hope to be at my mini goal before then! Oh and the habit I’m going to break is hanging around the fridge at night, have my snacks on hand to prevent this!!

2) this week exercise will be hard as I fell out the front door on friday morning and cant walk without limping… I will swim if possible but unfortunately heavy exercise/walking r def out 🙁
3) this week I will (weather permitting) try to get rid off all the uneven tan strap marks! I’ll also try to get some earlier nights as I keep falling asleep on the sofa!!
4) I shall be rewarding myself with a new dress for our holiday in 3 weeks tume

I would like my new habit to be making time every day after school for a fun activity with my two children.

I’ve been struggling so bad for the last few weeks so tomorrow is a fresh start for me, had a lovely chat with Lisa so am pumped and raring to go!

2) My exercise planned for this week is 10,000 steps every day… I just got a pedometer which is a great way of getting exercise in and makes u more aware if you see low step count it reminds you to SHAKE THAT BOOTYYY! 100% suggest it to everyone!
3) Habit I am going to work on is to give a compliment every day to someone who deserves it 🙂 or to someone who needs it!!!

I restarted the plan nearly 2 weeks ago. I originally was on it a year ago and got to my goal. Have recently put on a little so i’m here to shift it. Feel quite down about it because it seems to be hard to shift.
Hopefully this week i’ll have good loss so looking for bout 3lbs. I’ve only really lost that since the start.
I’m planning on doing a lot more walking this week. It’s great having a buggy to fly around with and my little girl loves it.
I think i badly need to get into a routine cos i have a habit of having products and water at different times each day, so i’m gonna try and spread it out evenly and hopefully that’ll get me sorted!! I had a great routine going last time i just haven’t got that this time.
Hopefully this week is better for me and i’ll reward myself with a nice wafer at the end of it all 🙂 But i think i deserve it right now cos i haven’t given up even tho i’m doing terrible at the weight loss! ah well!!! it’ll come off eventually even if its slow!

1. I am scalesless but I really hope to lose 4lbs this week.
2. Myself and excercise have never seen eye to eye but since I started my new job I have 45 minutes to wait for the bus, so instead of standing waiting I have taken the long way around and walked for half an hour instead of the 5 minutes it should take me.
3. The habit I am working on is not leaving eating until I feel so hungry I want to pass out, it’s an awful habit and it doesn’t help in the sense of letting yourself get to the stage that it would be easier to grab a blippy snack from the press.
4. I won’t be treating myself, I have to wait for my first pay cheque to come in and then I can’t wait to go out and get my hair cut – it’s been a year and a half, then I’m going to buy a couple of new work things to bolster my confidence in work, at the minute I have a couple of nice tops but trousers are a nightmare, everything is baggy and shapless on me. I know work clothes aren’t a treat but I think a boost in my confidence will be something I need more.

My weight loss goal for this week is 7lbs as it’s my first week I think that’s a reachable goal! I
I plan to be brave and don a swimsuit and go swimming twice this week, I will also be leaving my car at home and walking to work! Good for me and the planet!
My habit for the week is to get up early and go to bed on time, catch up on my beauty sleep!
If I have a 100% week I will reward myself with some online window shopping to spur me on for another 100% week next week!! 🙂 xx
