      Straight talking is what I need, there is no point in sugar coating the fact that I need to lose weight and that because I am an all or nothing kind of person this plan completely works for me. I tried another TFR diet years ago with great results up until my first refeed where I didn’t have a clue what to do or where I was going, the chemist that I went to hadn’t a clue because basically they were sales people with targets to meet, with New You there are so many of you who have experienced what we are all going through so you know the answers to all of our questions and you also know where so many of us might fail.

      Anyway thanks for the workbook guys, especially the part about treats, as someone who had always treated herself with food you have put the idea into my head that I can treat myself in so many different ways without making myself put on the lbs.

      I am so happy with The New You plan! Apart from the tfr products being palatable and convenient, the support is fantastic, non judgemental, strengths based and positive. The service from The New You office is excellent and without fault. Also, which is the whole point of the exercise….the results are super!! I really can’t praise this plan enough.       I cannot open the file πŸ™ I have word 2007 but get a message saying file cannot be opened using Microsoft Word and asks me if i want to convert it. Please help

      Thank You so much New You, this is the kick up the backside that I desperately need after over eating all week (again) and feeling miserable (again) after standing on the scales this morning. I AM IN, and I will loose weight in June. The bit in the book that I like is “The Mindset Goals” the excuses I give as to why I can’t loose weight/stick to the plan and the results I will achieve if I do stick with it – that for me was great positive reasoning to my self-sabotaging mindset. I will track my “Weight LOSS” every week. Once again Thank you, I’m off now to get my first litre of water!!! :-). πŸ™‚

      The worst thing we can do is self sabotage. When we start something new we are full of good intentions but when things get tough we put ourselves down and set ourselves up to fail. Why should ‘its too hard;, ‘its too tough’ be the excuse. I love your moto “IF IT DOESN’T CHALLENGE YOU, IT WON’T CHANGE YOU!”

      If at any point that voice inside our head says ‘it’s too hard, I can’t do it’ then we have to say, no, I CAN DO THIS. This is just a hurdle to jump over, we are all on our way to winning the race. We may have a few hurdles to jump over on our weightloss journey but with each one conquered, the closer we will be to the finish line πŸ™‚

      The page on mindset goals is brill! Its what we have all thought and its almost like your best mate telling you how it is because they care. We know they are right and it makes sense. A real reality check, thank you so much. I am going to read this page every morning to remind myself and set me up for the day. The printable tick lists and goal setters are great too, one week at a time, thats the way to do it πŸ™‚

      Mmm, thinking a bit more about the planning for products. I have a shaker and supply in the office. It nothing in the car at the moment. I think another shaker and some shakes in the car might be an idea, can always get water whilst out.

      Just back on the plan after about a year off and I am taking you guys up on every resource that you are offering. I Will get it right this time. (Didnt re-feed properly last time and then slipped back into old habits.) I Will lose weight this June!

      Love this ! Just what I needed my favourite part is the setting our personal goals, I suppose we never really focus on ourselves actually writing it down makes it real it makes it accountable ! This month my personal 5 goals are :
      1. To Squat my way through June & tone my ass
      2. To be 100% on plan and make sure I feel confident for the family wedding in July
      3. To relax more – read a book before bed switch off the TV
      4. To move more – park further away from things, bring our bikes on holiday with us
      5. to establish healthy habits like exercise being part of my daily routine for when I hit reefed hopefully in July

      and the other bit I liked was the treats – I used to reward myself with food or wine .. no more now its a hair cut or to paint my nails

      Hey Julz and guys,

      Thank you so much for such a fantastic booklet, it was a pleasure completing it and really gave me something to think about, no more excuses!!! I now really know that I can succeed and I am going to do it. That’s it! My favourite part of the booklet was the 10 reasons WHY I will do this!! I have just filled the booklet in and will be reading through it every day to keep myself motivated. I have already started the plan on Friday and I’m looking forward to completing my first week, I have so many nice clothes I want to wear in summer and although I have a very long way to go still, being slimmer will make me better and fitter and looking better. Lots of love. xxx

      Thanks so much Julz, this couldn’t have come at a better time for me as I’m at the ‘make or break’ stage … totally sick of all the excuses I can find for fannying around. I definitely do have some valid reasons which make things difficult but if I can just make some time for ME then I know that I’ll be better able to cope and succeed. I’ll be printing out the workbook tomorrow at work and sitting down tomorrow night to get started, xxx

      I am with you for June , have downloaded my June planner work book .

      I am determined to maintain the weight I lost with New You and to get rid of those sneaky pounds that crept back to my body whilst I wasn’t paying attention ..

      Thank you to the New You team for everything this past year, for helping me grow and change as a person . Also for letting me stay on and hang about to stay focused …lol .. I tried to say goodbye but lasted about 3 days πŸ˜€
