Today is SUNDAY!Ā  Sunday is the perfect day of the week to reflect on the week that has past and to plan for the week ahead.

SET FOR SUCCESS SUNDAY

Sunday is the perfect day of the week to reflect on what has passed and to plan what we want to achieve in the next week.Ā  Remember no matter HOW BIG your goal is, all goals are simply broken down into baby steps.Ā  All you need to do every week is take a baby step towards your goal.Ā  Then celebrate your small achievement in an empowering way, and then repeat the process the next week.

So whatever you want to do, whether that is to lose 1 stone or 10 stone, it is simply a matter of following very ordinary things day at a time.Ā  You can apply this to ANY GOAL, and all goals are easier to achieve when you are fit, healthy and confident.Ā  So let’s make sure you achieve your weight loss goals this summer!

What can you learn from the last week?Ā  Remember that if you make mistakes, have blips, or things go wrong, try to look at the bright side, count your blessings and see if there is a lesson that can be learned that will help you to have a better week in the week ahead.

Every Sunday on the challenge we are going to have a theme – SET FOR SUCCESS SUNDAY!Ā  This is the day that we will get really clear on what we want to achieve in the next 7 days and create an action plan to make it happen.

      My five goals got this week are:
      1 – Go to the gym at least 3 times for a swim and cardio
      2 – Find an outfit that a am comfortable and look fabulous in for our engagement shoot on Sunday!
      3 – Lose at least 3lbs
      4 – Finish painting the Utility Room
      5 – Make sure Jamie and I spend sime quality time together that doesn’t include the gym and lunch break at work!

      My treat for this week is having my hair done on Saturday! Think we’ll also treat ourself to the sauna and jacuzzi at the gym on Friday!!

      My top 5 goals

      1- take one day at a time and stay on plan
      2- make time for me to read the blogs and have a green tea
      3- get out more with my son who is two
      4- when out say no thank you to food when having a cup of tea
      5- drink 4 litres of water a day

      My treat at the end of this week will be a nice long hot soak I’m the bath with candles and a book

      Below are my 5 goals this week:

      1. Stay on 100%
      2. Drink min of 4 ltrs of water a day
      3. Donā€™t be tempted to nibble
      4. Drink Green Tea
      5. lose at least 5 lbs

      My treat is a glorious bath with out being disturbed and pain my nails.

      2. Finish off my assignments for the end of 3rd year at college.
      3. Drink more water to keep myself hydrated
      4 Spend more time focussing on my family
      5. Have some individual time with members of my family

      2. Do something active instead of trawling facebook really only need to check in in the morning.
      3. Start correcting and finalizing students portfolios to have them done before deadline
      4. Drink Water and lots of it
      5. Drink more water ….lol

      Next weekend I’m going to head off in the car with my camera and walk and walk and take photos …. something I’ve wanted to do for ages but have been to busy .. housework may suffer but hey who cares followed by a long hot radox bath … ITS ALL ABOUT ME !!!!

      4. Catch up with my friends
      5. Give my apt a big clean!

      1. Stick like glue to New You, that means I’m all in for drinking water and 3/4 products per day. No blips
      2. I’m going to try and train for the half marathon 3 times this week
      3. I’m going to spend no money save for food for the kids so I have spending money for the wedding in 2 weeks
      4. I’m going to read the kids a story
      5. I’m going to hug my parents every day

      My treat will be getting the “luv” in return and fitting into the dress.

      1) drink 5 litres of water EVERY day
      2) complete my college application ( this is a huge milestone for me ) so when I’ve finished my journey on NY I’m sexy and slim, starting college in September! Lol
      3) Come back into SS group and try and ignore people any negative people in my life!
      4) Paint my Toe Nails….now that I can actually reach them!
      5) my weight lose goal for this week is 7lbs!

      As a treat I am going to go BLONDE….I hear they have more fun šŸ˜‰

      Hi everyone,

      My top 5 goals for the week are:
      1. Drink at least 4 litres of water every day
      2. Stick to the plan 100%
      3. Do some form of exercise every day, even a walk
      4. Lose at least 4lb
      5. Spend quality time with my boyfriend

      My weigh in is on Sunday so it would be great to lose at least 4 lb. My treat will be a proper pamper bath with candles, bubble bath, scrub and then body butter all over, wash and do my hair, apply nice make up and spend a lovely evening with my gorgeous, loving boyfriend. I cannot wait!! Have a super week. xxx L šŸ™‚

      1 – 1 hour exercise 3 to 4 times this week
      2 – Lose 4lbs (weigh in tomorrow)
      3 – Drink my daily 3 litres of water
      4 – Continue to be 100%

      My treat is to treat myself to a very nice holiday clothes and shoes šŸ™‚

      4. Spend quality time with my hubby for our 4 year wedding anniversary on thurs
      5. Both our nanas are dying at the moment at the grand age of 85. Stressful time but my goal is to support my family and realise life is short.

      2- join Shaun T for a daily session of insanity!!!
      3- read my 2 a bed time story every night, regardless of how tired I am!
      4- clear out all the clothes in my wardrobe that are too big for me as I WON’T be needing them again
      5- put a pound in each of our holiday pots for each day of the week

      My reward to myself will be feeling more comfortable in my clothes !!!

      My 5 goals are….
      1) to stick to the plan( even when away)
      2) up my exercise more even if its an extra 20 min a day
      3) loose atleast 4lb (weigh in tomoro)
      4)find something new me and my 2 precious babies can enjoy together
      5) missed hubby too much so now he is back spend some quality time just the two of us!

      My treat of the week is off to the big reunion in dublin with my sister for 3 days. ( sister and parents live in dublin) No kids just me time… x

      1.try and exercise more.

      2.Spend more time with my family.

      3.make half an hour a day Me time,just relaxing no distractions!

      4.arrange my day the best I can, and stick to plan.

      5.bring the dogs for a walk every day(even short ones will do)

      My reward will be a lingering bath, by candle light, listening to relaxation music šŸ™‚

      My top FIVE goals this week:

      1. Book my first sunny holiday in 10 years – DONE ALREADY!! So happy and terrified!
      2. Kickboxing class twice – Booked a 6 week bootcamp, twice weekly starts tomorrow!
      3. Lose 5lbs this week
      4. Finish the Belfast Book Festival programme (less than a month away!)
      5. Get rid of 2 bags of fat clothes to charity šŸ™‚

      1. Start to enjoy my loss so far share it with loved ones and be proud of it and stop thinking I should wait until I’m finished
      2. Join back spin .. I enjoyed it so much when I was doing it before
      3. Walk before work with my mam while I am home I am only here for a few more days ( I miss our walks when I’m in uk)
      4.knit more teddys they kept me focused šŸ™‚
      5. Get in the 12s stop hovering around them jump into them and slide right through to the 11s

      My treat to myself will be a pedicure …. I will need it after the walks and spin classes šŸ™‚

      My 5 goals this week are…..

      1.Lose atleast 3lb in this weeks weigh in to get to the nesxt stone bracket.
      2.Go for a walk every single day.
      3.Complete my exercise routine every day
      4.Try and stick to shakes only to boost weight loss
      5.Complete atleast 4 litres of water every day!

      My treat to myself will bethe top I have been looking at for 2 weeks, plus I will be able to buy it in a smaller size šŸ™‚
