Day 3/11 – Are You Willing To Pay The Price For Your Dreams?!
Today I want to talk about BEING WILLING TO PAY THE PRICE FOR YOUR DREAMS.
One thing I’ve learned in life is this: if you want to create a big transformation, you have to be willing to pay the price and make sacrifices.
That’s true for business, weight loss, skin care or any big goal you want to achieve. But here’s the empowering part: you get to choose how and when to pay that price.
Anything you want to achieve means you have to do things you don’t want to do – when I committed to looking after my skin, it didn’t matter how tired I felt, I had to cleanse and moisturise every night, and put my SPF on every morning. Thankfully now – my skin is the best it has been in years!
When I started The New You Plan 15 years ago, I worked from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to bed, 7 days a week.
It wasn’t easy, but I knew what I was working toward. The sacrifices I made then – the long hours, the missed weekends – allowed me to build something that gives me so much fulfilment, joy and freedom today.
The same is true for weight loss. When you focus, stay consistent, and stick to the plan, you’re choosing to invest in yourself now so you can enjoy the rewards later:
- Feeling amazing in your clothes.
- Seeing your health improve.
- Feeling confident in every part of your life.

If you’ve ever doubted whether you can do this, let me remind you: you are stronger than you think! AND the plan is easier than you think! It always feels hard to do the plan, but once you get a few days over you can’t believe how easy it is. When I started out I had about 10 different flavours and now we have about 100! With so many tasty choices it is getting easier and tastier to do the plan!

Spaghetti Bolognese or Rice Pudding Dessert for dinner?
Hot Chocolate Shake or Banoffee Porridge for supper?
You really can create a TASTY menu that suits your taste and lifestyle! When you think about it – the price of the sacrifices you have to make pales in comparison to the benefits you get from doing the plan….

- taking part in activities and not sitting on the sidelines…
