Day 16 – What to do for Xmas?

Another typical Monday. I am finding it increasingly difficult to drink water. I think it is because it is so cold. I was drinking nearly 6 litres a day, I reckon I am doing 3 litres now. I am trying to drink more tea and coffee though, to make up for the difference, but it is a lot harder to drink large volums of coffee that it is water.

 

I have to make Christmas Cakes for family will need to start that in the next few days. They have already put their orders in for Puddings, Cakes, Oxford Lunch and marble cake and chocolate cake for the kids! If anyone has any receipes, let me know.I am glad I am able to cook for other without too much pain. I made my dad dinner today. Steak, Chips, onions and mushrooms. It smelled so good! So straight afterwards I had my spicy noodles with mushrooms in..

 

I was thinking about Christmas again and being on TFR. What are you guys planning to do over the Christmas period? I had intended on sticking to my guns but I wonder if I am beinga bit harsh on myself? Would really love to know what is the done thing!

 

I think I was a bit over zealous with my November challenge. I lost 4lb the first wek in november and my target was 20lbs.. So I decided to up the excercise and have started walking in the evening! I hope it helps!

 

I will pop up some pics later this evening as I haven’t done that in a while!
