The New You Plan Diet Meal Replacement Plans are specially created for safe, rapid weight loss through a natural fat burning state called ketosis. This is a safe way to lose weight fast! We have proved that losing weight does not mean eating bland, boring, flavourless foods… we currently offer an extensive range of almost 40 great tasting meals and snacks, with new products continuously being added!
All of our meal and snacks are AMAZING, and our customers always comment that they don’t feel like they are on a diet. The good thing about our products is that when you have your 4TFR meals a day you are getting 100% of RDA’s – meaning that you are getting everything you need for your body to function as normal while losing weight. And, what’s even better about a Total Food Replacement VLCD diet is that it takes all the guess work out of dieting. There is no need to calorie count.
Typically, on The New You Plan you will consume 800 calories or less per day following the guide lines of four TFR products per day. In addition to this our diet is also ketogenic, which quite simply means that your body is going to switch its primary fuel source from food to your body’s own reserves which is why you lose weight so rapidly.

Which meals are vegetarian?
Hi Jules 🙂 I am really happy to tell you that with the EXCEPTION of the wafers all of The New You Plan products are suitable for vegetarians.

I can’t seem to find the list of ingredients in the peach drainer or the fat burners. I see where calorie content, fat, protein, carbs etc is listed, but not the actual ingredients.

Hi Karen, thank you so much for the message – there are 2 ways that you can find this information. The first, if you are in the bundles you can hover your mouse pointer over the blue ‘i’ icon you will get a break down of the products that appears in a pop out box.
The second way would be to click on the product. Then scroll down to nutritional information tab, this will give you a more detailed information about the exact ingredients in the products as well as the overall nutritional information about the products.

The first thing is to understand the number of products you have in a day if you are following our popular Total Plan.
How many Total Meals should you have? It depends on your weight:
If you weigh over 17 stone, aim for 5 Total Products per day (Shakes, Meals, Breakfasts, Soups, and Bars).
If you weigh under 17 stone, target 4 Total Products daily.
We advise limiting Total Bars to 1 per day due to their potential laxative effect.
In terms of a menu plan you are free to pick and choose within the guidelines below:
For example:
9 am – choose one from our Total Shakes, Total Soups, Total Bars or Total Meals
Noon – choose one from our Total Shakes, Total Soups, Total Bars (unless you had one earlier) or Total Meals
4 pm – choose one from our Total Shakes, Total Soups, Total Bars (unless you had one earlier) or Total Meals
7 pm – choose one from our Total Shakes, Total Soups, Total Bars (unless you had one earlier) or Total Meals. You are free to mix and match within these guidelines to create a menu plan that suits your preferences and lifestyle.
Snacks you can have every day:
CRISPS/TORTILLAS, COOKIES and the FLUFFY BARS come in individual packs, and you can have 1 packet each day. Just choose either Crisps/Tortilla, Cookies or a Fluffy Bar for the day.
Note: Ensure that these daily snacks are not consumed on the same day as any other snacks listed below.
Snacks you can have 2 – 3 times a week:
Our Biscuits are packed in mini packets of 5 biscuits each. You can enjoy 1 biscuit with a cup of tea or have the full packet of 5 biscuits at once—it’s your choice. You can have 2/3 mini packets per week. Our Wafers are packaged in halves, making it convenient to have both halves as one snack. You can enjoy half in the morning and the other half in the evening, or spread them across two days. However, we recommend limiting yourself to a total of 2/3 packets per week. Our Chocolate Loops come in packs of 5, and we recommend no more than 2-3 portions (including other snacks) per week. Our Chocolate Balls come in a packet and we recommend no more than 2-3 portions (including other snacks) per week. What Can I Drink on Plan?
Hydration is key in our plan, so aim to drink 2.5 – 4 litres of water steadily throughout the day. You can choose tap water, bottled still water, or sparkling water, but avoid adding any flavourings except those purchased from our site. Teas and coffees are included in the water allowance. Teas and coffees can be black, and green leaf teas are acceptable but not those made from flowers or fruit (only root or leaf extracts).Milk – we recommend avoiding drinking milk with your tea and coffee. However, if you want to have the occasional cup with milk, use skimmed/Almond/soy milk only and never exceed 250mls per day. Please note that hot drinks consumed with your milk allowance will not count towards your daily water consumption. However, hot drinks without milk are counted towards your daily water consumption. Artificial Sweeteners in tablet form are allowed in teas and coffees. Do NOT use the powder form of sweetener.
Additional Help and tips:
Like It sweet? You can have tablet form sweeteners (only) This can be used in meals and your Tea / Coffee
Like It Spicy? You can add dried herbs and spices to your meals to add extra spice and flavour.

The New You Switch plan has 3 types of days that you will switch between and plan into your calendar.
You decide what type of eating day you want to have. Ideally, you will plan your eating days out in advance.
BOOST DAYS – These are days that you have less than 800 Calories. Boost days are to boost your weight loss and boost your health.
NOURISH DAYS – These are days that you eat more than 800 Calories and up to your maintenance calories. Nourish days are days that you want to focus on food that you love and enjoy and that makes you feel nourished. (We get more into calories and food later!)
OCCASION DAYS – These are days that you plan in advance for a special occasion. When you want to let your hair down and not feel guilty, you just want to join in on the occasion to celebrate with your friends and family.
