Welcome to my Week 17 weigh in,

WOW I really cannot believe that I have been on plan for 17 weeks. The time really does fly when your having fun and becoming the person you have always wanted to be 🙂  As you can see from the video I had quite a small weight loss. However it is a weight loss and I most definitely will take it. I am so so so close to my goal and I am so excited to eventually reach it… Not long now.icon smile Ellie’s VLCD Blog – Day 36

Lucky enough I have been able to stick to the plan 100% with 4 litres of water per day, maybe an extra product when I am finding some gym days tough. I am really loving the gym I actually feel guilty on my two days off a week, I am really enjoying it and waking up with a smile so it is so worth it icon smile Ellie’s VLCD Blog – Day 36 Each time I go to the gym I feel myself getting that little bit stronger and doing that little bit more. However its not a pretty sight when I am leaving the place. HAHA

Soon enough now that my BMI is well into the healthy category I will be moving on to refeed and maintenance! I am so nervous yet so excited to take on another challenge and SMASH IT like I have done now. Being on The New You Plan has made me such a stronger person, full of motivation and determination and I am so excited to see what is ahead of me!!! BRING IT ON!! I am even looking in to marathons or some kind of challenge that I can do in 2015!!! I can look back and say because I achieved this in 2014 it allowed me to achieve this in 2015!! WOOHOO 🙂

Once again guys thank you so much for all your continued support! I hope you are all on top form and enjoying your New You Journey!!! WOOHOO!!! We can do this!!!!!
