11 Step Plan for Guaranteed Slimming Success

Whether you want to lose weight or make more money, I see it all the time that people just over complicate and over think things.  It really is very easy.  Here is my kick yourself in the butt and make shit happen, 11 step plan for guaranteed slimming success 🙂

1.)    Decide you want it.  Get specific.  I want to weigh [stone/pounds/kgs] by [date].  If you don’t know what weight you should be to be healthy, then check your BMI, you should be aiming for a BMI between 22-25 to be in the healthy zone.

2.)    Work out how much that is per week.  Ie. How many pounds/kgs you need to lose to achieve your goal of slimming success.

3.)    Get a plan that will help you to achieve your goal in the given time. If you want to lose 3+ pounds per week then a very low calorie diet like the new you plan is worth considering.

4.)    Start and stick to it 100%.  Don’t keep putting it off, if you really want something you will find a way, if not you will find an excuse.

5.)    Set mini goals along the way to keep you focused on the next step.  Reward yourself with mini treats, make this journey enjoyable and self-indulgent!

6.)    Get around people who will encourage you and support you when you get it tough.  New You Plan secret slimmers group is perfect for this.

7.)    Be accountable, set your goal in a public forum and keep it up to date. The new you plan monthly weight loss challenge is perfect for this.  Just add your name and goal to achieve for the end of the month.  Get on it like a car bonnet.

9.)    Smile and enjoy the journey!  You are living life to the max, spreading your wings, challenging yourself, making yourself a better person, taking action is empowering.  Sitting on the sofa wishing your life away is the pits.  So be happy with your progress and smile 🙂

10.) Arrange something for your ultimate goal date, a break away, a shopping trip, a spa weekend, something really special that will make the occasion and achieving your slimming success goal a memorable event.

11.) When you achieve your goal, set a new goal, maybe to get fit, tone up, build muscle, or run in a race, or learn a new skill, or start a home business.  Life is all about growing and stretching yourself to be the best you can be.  Keep evolving, if you are not growing you are dying.  So many people achieve their goal and then stop, you don’t stop, you aim for something new and exciting, and with your slimmer healthier body and new found confidence the world is your oyster!  x
