    Hello, I started the diet on Sunday and so far going well. 4lb down. However I am starting to wonder how to plan next week. Do I go straight into a 5:2 diet?

    Also your plan seems to avoid fruit, even lemon in water. Can you advise if fruit can be eaten on the non fasting days?
