Hi, I’ve just placed my first order yesterday and am eagerly awaiting its arrival.
1st reason: I want to like myself again. I hate when I binge on rubbish, I hate when I feel
Fat and uncomfortable, and I hate when nothing I have in my wardrobe fits.
2nd: I want to end my 10years of yoyo dieting. I want to wipe the slate clean, loose some weight
And start afresh eating healthy and maintaining my new shape. 3rd: I want to feel healthy, happy and sexy!! 🙂

LOL Tar!!!! My kids were my big motivation too! Its so important to be fit and healthy and have enough energy for your kids but also to set a good example for them for their future 🙂 xxxx
My top three reasons for wanting to lose weight:
1) My sister’s wedding and I am a bridesmaid – I want to feel confident in the dress and not be cringing hiding behind people :O
2) My boyfriend – I hate being overweight and I feel embarrassed. I have to meet his family/Friends soon and I want to feel confident.
3) Health – I don’t want to get diabetes or any kind of illness due to my health. This is something I can change and I need to change it now.

You can do it Trisha!!! Keep the wedding in mind and set mini goals along the way. My brothers wedding was my big motivation and I lost 6 stone in 6 months before his wedding! It changed my whole life! Best of luck with your journey! Excited for you 🙂 xxxx

Have finally started today and feeling okay so far.
1. Have a holiday coming in two months would love to shed 2 stone AND a family wedding next yr.
2.Want to be healthier, fitter and loads of energy.
3.Want to fit into dresses I have that don’t fit anymore especially a skinny pair of jeans I own. To have more confidence in myself too!
Hi i start tomorrow. Im nervous as my will power isnt good at all!! I have to lose weight. Im 5 st overweight for my height. I want to do this for me. I want to feel good. I want to go out and enjoy myself without being self conscious of my weight. I dont know the ‘fat’ girl in the mirror. I want to be slim again. I want my kids to be proud of me and not comment on my weight!! I will do this. Id be happy to lose a stone before April ends.
1. My first motivation is my urge to be a mum! My husband and i have tried for years but its never happened and all i get when i go to see specialists is “Lose weight” I am 32 now and i feel my time is running out so i have to do this, not just for me but for my future family
2. My second motivation is my mum! – I sat in a room with her in September and held her hand as the doctor told us she had cancer 🙁 Our world fell apart and the look on her face will haunt me forever, luckily at the minute she is doing really well but it has made me realise how precious life is and i know with all this excess weight i am a ticking time bomb so i want to take care of my body and be healthy!
3. My third reason is because i want to do the things i have never allowed myself to do because of my weight, i want to learn to drive, i want to go to theme parks and go on holidays and be able to feel proud and i want to love myself and not only make myself proud but all those around me that have loved me unconditionally who i know will be bursting with pride for me! <3 (Sorry for the essay!!) xxx

1. Always been big and tired of this now, i want to feel sexy again.
