Our self identity and values are central to our relationship with food, how active we are, how we look after our appearance, health and general well being and how we manage our emotions… here we will learn how to create a new self identity
The first step of the #Mchallenge was to get super clear on your #Mission – Why do you want to build in healthy happy habits? If you haven’t done that exercise yet, check your email for the worksheet or sign up for the work sheet here.
Once you have decided where you want to be, the next step is to decide who do I need to be to get there. This is where you learn how to create a new self identity.
Afterall, it is your life, so why not decide what type of person you want to be to achieve your dreams and to be slim and healthy?
All it takes is for you to consciously build in the right habits and rituals for you to get the right results.
If you want to create a New You and let go of the beliefs and values that are keeping you stuck and replace them with new empowering beliefs.
It won’t happen over night, it is a process.
Just like going to the gym today doesn’t mean you will wake up tomorrow morning with a six pack, or by having a new you diet shake for breakfast doesn’t mean you will be skinny by lunch time.
Everything takes focused, daily action. The great thing is NOTHING IS HARD. All you need to do is take ordinary actions every day.

All you need to do is take control, do the simple ordinary basic things every day that will help you to create a new self identity and take your life in a new direction.
The past does not equal the future. We all have the power to decide who we want to be and what values we want to live our life by. We might not be able to change our circumstances over night, but we can change our direction in an instant. All it takes is a decision to do something, be something, think something different!
