What is TFR?
The New You Plan is a diet company that offers some of the highest quality Total Food Replacement Products in the industry. Total Food Replacement means that our products are made to entirely replace your conventional meals. The products themselves contain all the nutrients that your body will need on a day to day basis. The products themselves are further designed to be Ketogenic and are also designed to be used as a Very Low Calorie Diet. Getting back to Total Food Replacement (TFR) however, the benefit of such a plan is that it takes all the guess work out of dieting.
One of the hardest things to do during a diet is exert self-control, with conventional diets it is far too easy to add an additional portion to your meal or cheat. With Total Food Replacement however the portions are set and measured out for you in advance. There is no guess work or mind games. You know in advance, during and after the diet exactly what you are meant to do to get and maintain your dream physique.
As a TFR company we are made to follow some very strict guide lines that are laid out not only by the UK but also the EU which help to ensure you safety and wellbeing on the plan. These include but are not limited to, Compliance with NICE clinical guidelines covering obesity and very low calorie diets. Compliance with EU Directive 2009/39/EC and of the Council of 6 May 2009 on foods intended for particular nutritional uses. Compliance with Commission Directive 96/8/EC of 26 February 1996 on foods intended for use in energy-restricted diets for weight reduction, as amended. Our products also adhere to Codex standards for formula foods for use in very low energy diets for weight reduction – CODEX STAN 203-1995.
On our TFR plan you would not eat anything outside of the recommended daily products for your weight. If you are under 17 Stone then the guide would be that you have 4 of the TFR range products per day, if you are currently over 17 Stone then this increases to 5 TFR Products Per Day. When placing your order please pay special attention to this as there are some snack items in our range that are not suitable to be used as Total Food Replacement (TFR). Snacks are to be used on day when you find the diet slightly more difficult or are being more physically active. The New You Plan recommends that you do not exceed more than 2-3 of these per week and we have designed out bundles to reflect this.
