Set for Success Sunday is all about setting yourself up for the week and making sure that you are on track to achieve all the things you want to achieve. This part of the week has remained unchanged as all of us here at The New You Plan feel that planning is one of the most important aspects of weight loss.
Lets do this right!!! I will be dropping in with you this evening to see how you are getting on π
Align your:
- Plans – Decide at this point what steps your are going to take to make this week happen, pick a problem and deal with it!Β Click here to download your weekly planner
- Mindset – actively pick up a habit that is going to bring some positivity to your day.
- Feelings – Pick the top 3 reasons why you are going to nail this diet. Do this so that you can balance your emotional needs. For those of you who did this exercise with me last week feel free to stick with the same three reasons for continuity, just make sure you are affirming these reasons.

Today’s task is all about setting yourself up for the next 7 days. I want to hear from you how you are going to set yourself up for nothing short of the best week possible!

I’m going to follow last weeks game plan sticking to 3 soups n a bar!!! Seems to really make a difference!! I am 7lbs from my ultimate goal of 9stone today so that’s my motivation I can almost taste it xx
Keeping away from the yummy wafers and making sure I only take te food I can ave to work and not any “extras”!
Hey all! I’m nailing this week because I am starting to get back in my “slimmer” clothes!
Mindset – when I feel like reaching for the cheese or the crisps, I am going to tell myself out loud “No!! I am not that person anymore!”
Three reasons why I’m gonna be 100% on it?
1) I’m two stone three lb down after 5 weeks, why reverse that?
2) I am feeling happier and so much more positive, and want to continue!
3) My health is already improving, and that has to go on, and on, and on!!!

I am taking a tip from other lady’s and putting my daily meals into sandwich bags
so my daily 4 tfr and ready in advance .
My mindset is how sick i am of feeling overweight and down about it i have to change this and only i can do that with the help of new you, cant wait to see the weight start coming off .
3 Reasons why im gonna nail this diet
To start feeling good about myself to feel and be healthier to go and try clothes on in town with out feeling mortified or hiding the size ive just picked up off the rail, :-))
Keeping my water up and walk more and keep focused on slimmer clothes for Christmas x
Planned blip tonight so demanding small portions of plain chicken no skin and green veg no sauces or butter etc! This will be my challenge! 4 weeks left on plan ! Lots of water two!
Pre ready packs of meals in a bag is really helping too
Starting refeed today. I will make sensible food choices, be strict with portions and continue with 4-6 litres of water daily. Always keep my end goal in my sights!
Week two starting today so I’m going to download and fill out the work sheets. I’m also going to be checking the blog daily and am going to be fitting in some more exercise π
On week 3 (again) Plan to up my exercise routine …i have time , well if I’ve time to come on here i have time to do the treadmill .lol

Week 3 at 100% woo hoo I’m so proud of myself I could cry happy tears of course π 2 weeks before a week of refeed so I’m going staying as I am 2 shakes a meal and bar exercise and water although I am going to up My water intake again this week and hope to break into the 11s before my break away π as page and these challenges are what helps me so much I look forward to watching your videos and seeing the girls this week was even more motivation x
This week I’m going to keep filling in my journal…I’m quite impressed with how it’s keeping me on track as it’s always in the back of my mind!! I’m also finding water intake harder now the weather has got colder so I need to stay focused on that. I forgot to add broth to my order last week so lots of warm black currant for me I think π x

Going to do as I have been -focused and 1 day at at time and hour by hour when I’m struggling but going to add some exercise this week before my planned break for Xmas
Ok after haveing my family here for the weekend saterday was a bad day bliped a bit as we was out allday but now they have gone home its 100% all the way
I am going to follow my normal daily routine for the next 7 days this hasn’t let me down so far. Keep to 4 shakes a day and 2 wafers a week and nothing more apart from my 4 litres of water a day.

I will be doing more walking this week and I will be upping my water intake. My three reasons to be 100% this week is for my health, self-esteem and my children.
Going to smash this next few weeks to Xmas, going to up my water intake as struggling with that, focus focus focus on the goal dress for Xmas day…. X
I am feeling positive which is always a great start to the week. I will continue with my new routine- 2 shakes, 2 savoury and water of course. I need to seriously cut down on the wafers- I have been craving sugar all week and these have kept me on track (been that time of the month!!! – proud of myself I didn’t blip)but I know I cant carry on with daily wafers!

Gr8 video lovely watching u all.. had gr8 loss this morning more than I expected.. with tom too!! so im well happy got my mo jo bak by filling in the journal every day. Cant believe how much its helped me get a better loss this week. . So aiming 2 do the same again this week.. thanks ss im loving it. . Xxx π

I’m going to set myself up for the week by STAYING POSITIVE. Believing in yourself is half the battle! I am going to get to goal this week…i know i can if i stay with plan 100%!

in the last 5 weeks ive lost 35lbs and feeling great!
my goal is to do 20mins of cardio exercise everyday.
ive been creating my own refeed recipe book for xmas to allow myself treats and meals all under 700 cals per day
i want to get fitter and strengthen my changed attitude toward food, and my own self worth.
im planning every step.

How I aim to do this is stay 100% everyday. Last week I promised myself I would walk – that didnt happen so I have made a new deal – I am going ot go swimming on Mondays and Tuesdays, Wednesdays if I can and will try Fridays too.
I’m nearly at my goal – but my ultimate goal is to be fit and healthy. and then maintain…. And finally fit into that xmas dress that has been looking at me for weeks!!! I am going to up my exercise at the weekend now too include a DVD and a 5 km walk!
I’m actively using my 21 Day book – love it – am writing everything in.
