You are all blasting your way through this challenge and each and every week the comments in this section leave a big impact with us – some funny to the point of making you cry with laughter and others that are so deeply moving that for us it provides a eureka moment where the bulb goes to remind us of why this is and always will be so important to us. We never lose sight of this but your comments go a long way to materialising the reasons why we are here!

Putting on my cycling waterproof trousers this morning and oops they are too big!! Only bought them a month ago .. they are wearable .. but need to do a Simon Cowell with them and pull them up to beyond my ribs!! LOL!! Wow!!

My wow moment ways Stepping on the scales this morning and seeing that I have now officially lost 3 stone 1lb!!!! Been waiting weeks to get to 3 stone mark so I’m freaking over the moon xx woo hoo
My wow Wednesday was putting my size 18 jeans on and they where to big soI tried my 16 ones on and they fit x

I have to say my wow moment was weighing myself after finishing week 1 and seeing that I lost a whooping 16 pounds!! I still can’t believe it, still in shock!!
This is fantastic Devinia, you are going to smash this – Santa is not going to recognise you this year!
Thinking I had put on weight as I blipped due to husbands b, but finding out I had lost!
I am sure there are going to be more obstacles that come up Nicola but you will smash through them and find your way to your goals and we will make sure it happens!! 🙂 Woohoo on the continued success 🙂

My wow moment was when my partner and I were having a cuddle and he noticed that my tummy and bum have shrunk!! I’ve also filled a bag with clothes that are too big for me now so I will be taking that to the charity shop as soon as I can 🙂 x

Mine was when my dad said:
‘gosh, you are loosing a bit of weight aren’ you!’
My dad does not compliment easilly, so boy, this meant alot 🙂
Also, my trousers fell down yeaterday!! lol xxx

my wow moment came yesterday when i met a friend for coffee and when she saw me she said wow you look great x

Sneaky weigh in today ( usually Saturday) to find I only have 3.5 lbs to go to have lost 2 stone in only 4.5 weeks !!! WOW WOW WOW I love you new you plan .

My wow moment this week was wen I pee’d on the keytosis stick & it was 4 colours up ..lol

The WOW moment for me this week was buying a size 10 long dress thinking that will do me to wear round Xmas time… it arrived yesterday, tried it on and WOW it already fits lol…. which means it might be too big by Christmas!!!

Wow moment was on Monday when I can see my ribs so clearly and the collar bones make me feel happy I myself:))

My wow moment was on Saturday when I got all dressed up for my birthday and for the first time in a long time I got a WOW from my hubby xx

My wow was when i woke up this morning and looked in the mirror to see my acne almost cleared up…and my skin is so soft! God bless the water!

My skin is great too – but also my self esteem, gets you down when you are over weight for so long, but with these products and secret slimmers (which is the best support group i have ever seen) I know i can do it 🙂

My wow moment was yesterday after doing my walk a lady that has never spoke to me in 28 years says to me wow Shauna your really losing the weight aren’t you I don’t know what was more wow the fact that she said I was losing weight r that she knew my name but it still put a smile on my face for the evening 🙂

My wow moment this week is getting into a pair of trousers that I only worn once as I was piling the weight on. Tried them on yesterday and wearing them today as well. Cant believe I have got into them xx

My wow moment came at the weekend when I was able to wear a pair of trousers that wouldn’t do up before I started 🙂
Onwards and downwards so I can wear some of the other stuff in my wardrobe, before clearing them out for being too big!

My wow moment was yesterday. After receiving some bad news I stuck to plan 100% when the old me would have turned to food. I’ve got a tough time ahead but I determined I can do it!

Mywow moment was today i was so cold i got my onsie out that i got last year and was unable to wear it as it was to big , but not any more 🙂 plus my parrot has started wolf whistling and saying sexy lady, now that put a smile on my face lol

My wow moment def was those size 12 super skinny jeans from penny’s (primark) , for years I couldn’t buy anything to wear in there, am delighted and know my journey has taken a lot longer than it should buy I’m happy and that’s all that matters…I suppose iv had so many wow moments since I started my journey, and my huge one will be Xmas day and my goal hopefully x

My wow moment this week was finding out I haven’t got Breast cancer and that the lump I was feeling was due to the weight loss and my fat disappearing!!!!.

I had a WOW moment today when I walked into class & one of the girls said “have you lost weight? you’re looking slimmer!” After the stressful morning I’d had, the compliment made my day!

My wow moment is my mum brought round a few tops for me to try on size 16 from monsoon – cannot actually believe it!!!

My wow moment was when I was walking i met a friend I said hello she stopped and looked at me and said ” i had to look twice not only have you lost weight but you look 10 yrs younger ” 🙂

My wow moment is that I have lost over 2 stones since some of my family saw me a short while ago and getting the comments about how much slimmer I look. I am looking forward to getting into the next set of stones. Don’t know if I will make the little black dress for christmas but will make it asap. and I will definately be getting one.

My WOW moment this week is when I wore my size 12 skinny jeans and someone asked me had we met before … we had in June 🙂
Wow a few days ago I put my jeans on fastened and didn’t realise it !!!
My WOW moment is every morning for the last 26 days when I wake up and know I hsve been committed and 100%!!! It’s a great feeling
I had two wow moments today…..!
I jogged 1km and its was no problem….which is amazing for me, usually I’d be flapping and wheezing.
I brought my son swimming today and put on my size 10 swimsuit and didnt feel self conscious which was another big wow for me!! I’m very happy.
Still no Wow moment for me but I love reading the comments to see what is coming for me x
My wow moment was meeting my friend (1 of only 3 people who know I am on this plan) and her telling me that I look great, am glowing and that she could really see that I have lost weight. Not only that but she said it a few times woo!. Also another wow moment for me was having a brilliant weekend away without blipping off plan 🙂
