What happens after the diet?

At The New You Plan we fully understand the importance of maintaining your amazing weight loss, which is why we focus on not just losing weight, but helping you change your mindset. In doing this, you will learn to develop a new relationship with food, by understanding what it is that led you to putting on weight.
The great news about our plan is that our meals and snacks can be easily incorporated into you new healthy eating plan to help you stay on track and not go back to old habits. This year we have introduced our brand new New Year, New You Bundles and our Fresh Focus Plan is the perfect way to maintain your weight loss.
With our Fresh Focus Plan, you simply follow our Total Food Replacement Plan for a minimum of 2 days a week. On the other days you consume fresh, healthy foods. You also have the option of one cheat day a week. This gives you a little structure to your diet and is flexible around your lifestyle.

Hi I have completed a week of the diet and enjoying it but am going away for a 3 day event and have no access to a microwave etc what is the best option to continue the diet whilst I’m away – is there anything I can substitute it for? Thank you!

In relation to using the New You Plan When you are out and about, our products are very transportable. Both our shakes and our bars are very easily made on the move, the shakes only require cold water and then shook up in the blender bottle.

Can u only do the Fresh Focus Plan once you’ve hit target or can it be done from the start?
I was planning on doing 4 days on VLCD with the TFR Plan & 2 days on FFP.
Will I still achieve Ketosis by doing this or is the FFP simply for maintaining?

Is it ok to eat 3 TFR meals a day then a normal evening meal – ie pork chops, green veg in a cheese/cream sauce?
Hi please could you give me some examples of what you can eat in a day would something like this be ok
Morning – Shane
Dinner – soup
Tea – meal replacement curry/ pasta
Snack chocolate bar
After 12 weeks how long before you can go back on the diet again
