Success made easy with our VLCD plan:

This month we are determined to help you fall in love with your body again and we are going to have many events and articles to support this in connection with our amazing VLCD products. We started this week with Ellies Wednesday Webinar where she offered support on the topic of ‘Emotional eating’ and we had our first installment from Melissa that covered our first Love Your Body commandment to ‘Get Out of Your Own Way’. 

Today as I said is Set for Success Sunday therefore is going to be all about setting yourself up for success in this regard. The great thing about a VLCD plan is the results are that quick it is easy to fall in love with yourself again, couple this with the emotional uplift you are going to get from ketosis and our commandment blogs and webinars and you are going to be unstoppable!

My best get-up-and-go quote, ever!

To kick start this process I wanted to share one of the most inspirational quotes I think I have ever come across which is:

This is what we aim to instill in you this month, every day our plan  will give you the tools to continually sculpt all that you are. We will not do this by telling you, but by allowing yourself to see it. Every day we will seek to give you that which you did not have in the beginning!

It is my hope that on this Sunday a quote such as this has made you stand up and take account of who is actually in control. It is most certainly not me or anyone else in your life who you possibly attribute your happiness/sadness to. When a change of direction is required it is you that steers your own ship.

Melissa said something in her Thursday blog that put this so very well and has stuck with me which is, ‘when you have something that is incredibly difficult to face – like that you REALLY ARE a Size XXXL – it can be the hardest thing in the world.The trick to this is FEELING. Feel the real emotion (fear, sadness, panic, whatever) and don’t automatically push it away or distract yourself from it. Hold onto it, admit what the truth really is behind it, and know that now you are AWARE you can take action to CHANGE it!’

Allowing your emotions to seep in this way can fuel a potent fire that not only makes you want change but will give you self belief as your efforts to seek change no matter how thwarted at times will  ALWAYS yield results. As I mentioned earlier the best part of a VLCD diet is how quick the results are and possibly even better than this you have to do nothing more complicated than stick to the plan which is a simple as eating four products a day. The simplest equation to success you are ever going to see!
