Well done to everyone who took part this week I really loved the energy and vibe that I found reading through your comments.  There were some idea’s there that really sparked my imagination, especially about setting wall papers on phones with inspirational quotes. Furthermore the quotes that were shared really did rock.

This was a great week for me I really loved reading all your posts and for me it has been a massive success. This year is really starting to move on and gain so much pace, every moment of every day gives us a chance to take that extra step further towards our dreams and goals. Thanks also to Ellie for updating the weight loss results last night. On this note it is worth a mention that we now have an amazing 145 entrants with a total weight loss of 292.29lb. Next week we will be launching another Task and taking part in this not only puts you in with a shout for next weeks prize draw but also counts towards the draw for the iPad at the end of the month!!!

So all I have left to say for today is… bring on the focus… bring on the positivity… bring on the weight loss…
