Hi week one weigh-in for me is a whooping 11lbs. So delighted. Started last Monday (Feb 3) and thought that come the weekend with the kids about the house i would fail miserably but I stuck to it. Roll on week 2 ๐

Week 3, down 3 lbs. That’s 10.5 in total for the month so far. Had set my target at 8lbs as I had a planned blip last weekend but was doing so well decided not to blip at all:):):) Total after 6 weeks: 31.5 pounds.

Very bad today! I put myself in refeed last week because me and my daughters decided on a trip to Dublin for mid term. Its not too bad but not down anything this week, actually up 1 kg. Back on track today and ready to go for that goal. Not punishing myself and still down 24.7 pounds over the last 6 weeks. Loving it. Two good things about this week;got a size 14 dress for my daughters Confirmation that’s stunning on me now and we had sooooooo much fun around Dublin.(Walking) Happy and excited!

I didn’t lose any on the 22nd Feb because I went to refeed for 4 days.(Mid term break) I actually put on 2lbs. But I am back on track this week, I’ve lost the two pounds plus another 2.4lbs so I am happy with that. Didn’t reach my 16lbs only got to 9lbs at the moment my weigh in is Sunday so I will have more lost by then. Just wanted to get the update in for the statistics tonight. Have a good day guys!!!!!! ๐
