We have had a wildly exciting month and it has been so fantastic for me to watch this all unfold and to see each and every one of you inch ever closer to your goals. Today I have the awesome pleasure of informing two of our customers that they have won this week.

Before I go I just wanted to recap on what we have done this month, just to summarise what we have looked at to help bring it all together for those of you who have stuck with me throughout the month!

We looked at focus, positivity, lifestyle and the benefits of weight loss. I had chosen these topics to give each and every one of you the tools you need to bring your dream into reality and from the feedback I have had as a group we have reached this and surpassed even my expectations for this challenge. As someone who is fairly new to mentoring the group it has left me with a profound sense of achievement but I am not going to say this without giving you the chance to see this as I have.

In this challenge we had over 158 people take part and as a group we lost 800 lbs, this is such an awesome achievement. I love being able to look at the comments and listen to our customers when they say how their lives have changed in just one month.
