Meet Catherine our New You Year To Date Transformation challenge WINNER! and winner of £1000.

Catherine started the New you Plan on the 24th of April 2020 at 17 and has since gone from a size 24/26 to a 14/16 😲

Catherine, why did you decide to take part in our Transformation Challenge? 

I took part purely as a self motivational boost, I never considered I could actually win.

What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned since taking part in the challenge?

To not to be so hard on my self and to take it one day at a time.

How has taking part in our Summer Transformation Challenge helped you?

Taking part in the challenge definitely helped me stay motivated on plan and definitely help me achieve my 5 stone loss. I sleep better, I move more, I smile More. My mental health as significantly improved.

Describe how you felt before you started the plan?

I felt Sad, bloated, deeply unhappy with almost every aspect of my life.

What was your biggest motivator in staying on track?

My biggest motivator for staying on track was Fear. Fear of returning to how I was is the only motivator I need.

What’s your biggest non-scale victory?

My biggest NSV is trying on a size twelve coat and it fitting 🙂

What is the nicest compliment you’ve received since losing weight?

The Nicest compliment I have received is being told I look like the best version of my self

Since losing weight, what is your happiest memory / proudest moment?

Having my son hug me and laugh in delight that look Mam I can get both arms all the way around you

What are your favourite New You meals and snacks?

My favourite meals are the Strawberry shake, vanilla wafer and chicken soup.

What advice would you offer anyone thinking of starting the plan?

Just do it. No excuses, ifs or maybes. Just try it, You owe it to your self to give your self the opportunity to just take a chance and try it.
