[Video] Set for Success Sunday – Aim High
Set for Success Sunday – Aim High
Set for Success Sunday is all about setting yourself up for the week and making sure that you are on track to achieve all the things you want to achieve. I plan not to change this too much to last week as planning and preparation is something that remains the same in any form 🙂
Lets do this right!!! I will be dropping in with you this evening to see how you are getting on 🙂
Align your:
- Plans – Decide at this point what steps your are going to take to make this week happen, pick a problem and deal with it! Click here to download your weekly planner 🙂
- Mindset – actively pick up a habit that is going to bring some positivity to your day.
- Feelings – Pick the top 3 reasons why you are going to nail this diet. Do this so that you can balance your emotional needs. For those of you who did this exercise with me last week feel free to stick with the same three reasons for continuity, just make sure you are affirming these reasons.
Today’s Task:
Today’s task is all about setting yourself up for the next 7 days. I want to hear from you how you are going to set yourself up for nothing short of the best week possible!

Keep thinking positive I was watching fleetwood mac in concert last night on tv and the song. Don’t stop thinking about tomorrow came on. It really made me think about tomorrow and what can be achieved so with my don’t stop thinking about tomorrow I am thinking about the number on the scales going down upping my water and upping my walking and staying totally motivated as tomorrow will soon be here xx have a great Sunday everyone xx
Love how positive you are Rachael 🙂 keep it going and you will be in for another amazing week!
My plan for this week is to get off my ass and start walking again I’ve been talking myself out of it this week making every excuse in the book but no more hitting the hills tomorrow I know how positive and happy I am when I’m walking my mind is clear and I am completely focused so going to do this. Small steps leads to big results and that’s what I’m going to say to myself 100% times a day when looking at the 2 loves in my life and start to love the person I look at everyday in the mirror. I’m sorry I didn’t do these challenges before they have been my life saver this week 🙂
Woohoo go Shauna 🙂 I am sure you are going to blitz the coming week!
You guys are so supportive …. Not sure about the Chrissy jumpers ! Mine is all about water and my mindset about it !!! I’ve been 100% on packs but struggling with the water !!! I can and I will up my water to 4 liters a day !!!
hey susi!! those christmas jumpers are CLASS!!!!!! LOL 🙂
Thanks guys! 🙂
My plan is focus on my end date! I know I’ll be referring before Xmas so I have to make the best of each week
My problem areas are water and having a snack bar! So this week up the water drop the snacks!
🙂
Deadlines are a great way to stay focused Kelly – Keep it up!
My plan for the next 7 days is to stay focused & excercise everyday… no excuses. Also to do the daily tasks 🙂
You are a champion Barbara 🙂 thank for all the support on my blogs!
My plan this week is to continue having my first product at about midday. This has really helped me stay on track as I find evenings hard. I have a warm shake at 7ish then a bar at 9. I haven’t needed any snacks since i started doing this last week. Also, I’m finding it hard to drink the water since the weather has got colder so I will be ordering more broth this week 🙂 My reasons for staying on track are the same as last week – feeling good about myself, keeping up with the kids and wearing fabulous clothes!! 🙂
Great planning Clare – developing the right habits is really important!
I have one goal and that is to get 12.5lb of by 15 Dec. So all that is in my mind is to achieve this and I will!! This will keep me focused and motivated. xx
It definitely will Wendy and we will be behind you 100% of the way!
I have 12 weeks completed today….was going to refeed this week but have decided to postpone it until next week as I have 2 functions to attend next week. So… this week is all about being GOOD o:-)….staying on track and shifting at least 2 lbs before next Sunday.xx
Woohoo well done Mags 🙂 you have nailed this – make sure you speak to Lisa on Facebook about joining the Momentum Maintainers group 🙂
My goal is to keep up the positive attitude that has developed inside me and to remind myself everyday why I am doing this. I will be looking at joining a gym this week too! Happy days 🙂 xx
That is fantastic Aimee 🙂 keep it up and good luck with the gym.
My plan for the week to help me stay focused is to continue to do my 5 minted of visualisation every morning. I have also found that if I focus each day to be 100% I have more success in achieving a great 100% week.
I will also be upping my exercise this week with more walks in the park at lunch time.
Great plans Devinia I am sure you are going to knock this week out the park!
My plan is to make sure i have a bar to had in case i am tempted.also keep up with the water intake.I don,t have my first pack till 1 am as i start work early and keeping busy helps. My biggest problem is i am a chef surrounded with food all day i need to stay strong.
I know you will do it Mandy – and you are 100% right your water intake is paramount to success here. Helps with so many things!
My plan this week is to clean out my wardrope sort trough my clothes before I buy some new smaller ones. And to go for a walk every morning after I drop my son to school. And keep focused on my goal.
Great goals Amanda – have fun rejuvenating the wardrobe 🙂
Planning and positive thinking is the key factor. Planning how you’ll get 4 products in and 3L of water. Always have a back up plan. Sitting down and thinking what your schedule is for each day and how you will change your plan around that. Example. On Monday I’m in college from 8-5 straight so my plan is at 10am go buy hot water and add the broth to it. At 12pm have a bar and have 1 L done and at 2 have another etc etc
These plans are going to set you up well for the week Orla 🙂
my plan is to make up a timetable for the next 7 days and stick to it .
That is the way to do it Eileen – make sure you have our planner from the blog today and make time for yourself 🙂
I can feel myself shrinking so that is an incentive on it’s own. I find it hard to drink the water so I plan to make up a litre bottle of flavoured water keeping it by my side and sipping it during the day . Oh and write in my journal !!
Woohoo Sue 🙂 I am sure that this is going to ensure you get there! Keep it up.
I am in a positive place at the moment, so plan to keep doing what i’m doing – its working! lost 2 stone in the last 6 weeks.
So focusing on keeping up my water intake and being active everyday. Keep each half stone down as my next target, so one step at a time xx
This is definitely a winning formula Wendy! achievable and measurable mile stones are so important!
This week I am going to put an outfit that I want to fit into by Christmas hanging on the outside of my wardrobe so I can start each day focused with a clear goal. I can do this………yes I can…….
And so you shall Liz and I know it will be every bit as rewarding as you think it will be!!
My goal this week is to stay focused I will get in my christmas dress x
This is great Jackie – it gives you an exact goal with an exact timescale which is crucial to the success you are going to achieve!
My goal is to be positive- I also need to exercise. This week I WILL do it!!
Keep up the hard work Brenda and a positive attitude is really important – I know you will get there!
I too plan on putting a “slimmer something” somewhere I’ll see it – a visual reminder to motivate me
I too plan on putting a “slimmer something” somewhere I’ll see it – a visual reminder to motivate me
For some reason only part of my comment has shown. When I went to repost it the same thing has happened.
This is a shame Angelina as I really wanted to see this! Email me on [email protected] and I will come back to you 🙂
ive started the couch to 5km training….so by jan i will be able to run 5km with no problems…but for this week i want to jog for 5/10mins with no problem!!
my reasons are the same as last week.
1.to feel pretty again
2.to be healthy for my kids and myself
3.to change my mindset in relation to food and healthy lifestyle choices
There is no problem with your goals not changing Aisling it just means the things that matter to you have not changed and so long as they hold meaning to you then they will motivate you! Keep it up and thanks for the support here on my blog 🙂
Need to stay focused and stay on track!!
I am sure you can keep the focus Dee, use our planner in the blog up top and try using some post-it notes with positive affirmations! 🙂 Set yourself goals this week that you can put a tick against in the space of a week – small wins promote big wins!!!
Take each day as ic comes. Stay focused on my goal and plan each days meals ready to take to work. Alternating shakes and soups and meals each day for variety. Those last few pounds will go if its the last thing I do!!!
Great planning leads to great success Nicola 🙂 Have an amazing week!
My plan for the week is to keep going, week three for me.
Woohoo Alison 🙂 keep it up!
My plan for this week is to remain focused & enjoy my NewYou Journey 🙂 x
I am sure you are going to nail it Oonagh 🙂
My plan for this week is to keep the chin up and look for the light at the end of the tunnel. I know I havent as much to loose as others do here but…. I still want the mindset and be healthy for my size and height – my goal is get fitter and stay healthy with healthy choices and then maintain, maintain, maintain!
With the right mindset GLM this is very very achievable! keep going 🙂
My goal for this week is to start week 3 taking one day at at time , to stay positive and think of why I’m here,to be mindful of my mini goals and that I HAVE to do this and if I struggle I will be on SS for the support I need – AND to stay away from
The wafers
This is such good feedback Sinead and it sounds like you have the right combination of plans to make this such a successful week!
My goal for the week is to be 100% so my box of treats are hidden to help me stay focused
I am sure you are going to knock this out of the park Grainne 🙂 keep up the good work!
My goal is to carry on into week 5 for me 21 lbs down so far which is motivation enough! Lots of walking after work and not using dark evenings as an excuse to be in ! Daily use of journal, and lots of broth and warm water with flavourings in …… Yummy !
You are really blitzing this Jasmin – keep up the good work!
On RF this week so NEED to keep focused and not be tempted to make wrong choices. So want to be in the 14’s for my return to Scotland and only 8 1/2 lbs to go so it is perfectly do-able…..with all your continued support. x
I am sure you are going to sail through the RF Anne and we are here to keep you moving forward!! 🙂
My focus is on 100% full steam ahead no sideways glances:-)
Smash it Tracy 🙂
3 reasons to stay on track?
1 – get healthier (have a condition where it is critical I lose fat off my stomach)
2 – Look fantastic at my sister’s wedding on December 28
3 – Feel better about myself in general
How I aim to do this is stay 100% everyday and as of Tuesday (tomorrow) I intend to get moving as in going for a walk everyday, even if it is only for 10 minutes. It all adds up
These are great reasons Fiona – hope to hear your plan of action for these 🙂 will pick this up with you Sunday, PS – hint, hint – also good plan to save some idea’s for Thursday 😉
I knowing a bit late but I decided to change my mix of products this week! I normally have soup a bar and 2 meals this week I’m having soup x 3 and a bar see if that can shake up my loss xx
