I initially started NY in Feb 2015 and lost 1st. Then I met my current boyfriend and didn’t really got to do it.
I started again for the Mchallenge, 4th of April and lost 1st so far.
I like to face challenges. I always have been competitive.
When I overcome something I thought I can’t I feel like on top of the world 😊
Started 31 March so that was 4 weigh ins ago. So far lost 29lbs.
Life would be boring without a challenge. I like to aim high so that I reach further than if I set my goal lower.
When I overcome something difficult it Spurs me on to do better
I started new you on the 13th of April and have lost 1st 7 pounds! I love facing up to new challenges and feel strong and confident when overcoming any obstacles put in my way 💪🏻
1) When did you start The New You Plan and how much weight have you lost?
started in Sept 2015 and lost 28lbs. on and off quite a bit now as so much on but will be 100% committed once a big even is over in two weeks.
2) Do you like to face up to your challenges?
Yes I love challenges and the thrill of meeting them. I loved when I followed the plan 100% last year. It felt brilliant to even stay 100% committed to it. It was empowering to face into the challenge and achieve it.
3) How do you feel after you overcome something you think you couldn’t?
It’s amazing to achieve something I didn’t think possible. It makes me feel as if nothing is impossible and everything is possible if I just put my mind to it. It also made me realise that if I want something badly, I can achieve it by just making it priority and proper planning for it.
I started with New You on 19 November 2015 and to date I have lost 63 pounds!
Prior to losing some weight I found it difficult to face up to new challenges but since losing some weight feel more confident in myself to do so.
I feel amazing when I have overcome something I didn’t think I could do
I started New You on July 6th 2015 and so far I have lost 6 stone 6lb (90lb).
I have always loved a challenge but the one challenge that I never faced up to was loosing weight. Its only when my mobility, quality of life and life itself was on the line that I faced up to my own weightloss challenge.
I never thought I would get past 3 and a half weeks on the plan and when that day hit I really had to dig deep. It was the hardest day I had ever had but it was so rewarding to put that particular issue to bed. I felt totally amazing at what I had finally done.
I started on the 1st March 2016 and have lost 24lb. Starting to struggle at the minute I need to refocus.
As for a challenge I love it as long as it’s in my control. The fitbit challenge was inspirational

Seems like I’ve been here forever but the turning point for me was summer 2014. Sometimes you just have to wait for those eureka moments. I had one of those and my mind was made up.
I like Challenges and when I used to work I always got involved especially because a good friend and work colleague was also keen to win all.
It feels Awesome to complete a challenge. It’s such a satisfying feeling. I’ve accomplished something. I don’t want to stop.
I started New You On 20th February 2016. I have lost 2stone and 1lb so far
Once I stop procrastinating and decide on a challenge I love getting stuck in and achieving the end results
