Monday:

Sonya02I had my interview with Sonya who smashed her way through 4.5 stone on The New You Plan. Her interview is a truly inspiring story of success as she takes us on a journey of her success through our plan. Tuesday:

21-01I launched the new task for the week on Tuesday which is all about stress and tackling stress, it was to quite simply list three simple stresses in your life and three solutions to these stresses. This task really lit up and we have had a massive response from our customers. Wednesday:

15-01On Wednesday Ellie had her first webinar of 2014 that was held exclusively with our our own Secret Slimmers, make sure that you watch this webinar on her blog for the day – it really did rock [CLICK HERE] to view her blog and watch the webinar.

Thursday:

23-01Thought for Thursday brought another awesome quote that brought our stress/problem resolution week together nicely.  The quote for the day was ‘Problems are not stop signs, they are guidelines.’  Robert H. Schuller and I show how this applies to a VLCD plan such as our own. [CLICK HERE] to see some of the simple solutions to some of the most common problems.

Friday:

24-01FAQ Friday this week was all about what to drink on our diet – the lovely Suzanne and Lorna cover this nicely in their video. In a diet such as ours it is really vital to hit the mark on your water allowance. There are some really great tips about achieving this and also what you can and cannot drink on the diet.
