Smash your way  into next month:

The great thing about the end of the month is you can set yourself up for the next month, there are so many things to look forward to this year and they all present deadlines that you can use for your weight loss goals. This really is the year to bring your dreams to life. February ushers in Valentines Day – a day of romance. It is our hope you can fall in love again with the person that matters most, YOU! Some people will lose a whole dress size between now and then.

If like me, you are slightly less concerned with the sentiment of the day you can still use it for a deadline, a start to something even greater!

My inspiration for the week:

Ever since watching Ellie’s Wednesday Webinar, I have had no shortage of inspiration. There were so many people there with so much enthusiasm that it really sparked something in me to want change. This year marks a massive milestone for me in the journey into adulthood, if nothing else this has made me appreciate the concept of time a lot more.

I am setting myself more and more time sensitive goals every day – it is empowering just thinking about what I intend to have/do and be able to imagine when it happens. It has made everything more tangible, there are another 11 months, 393 days, 8136 hours, 488160 minutes or 29289600 seconds left to completely overhaul your life before another year drops off the calendar.

Just think how many times you can exercise, plan and improve your health and fitness in that time. It is mind blowing and should prove that it can be done and the best part of this is that with The New You Plan VLCD you don’t have to spend a second longer than necessary achieving your diet nutrition goals. Lets do this.
