      I have a meal at around 7pm,and drink my water ,At around 10/11pm I have a bar meal my last for the day,with a mug of green tea,,, Drinking the water after my earlier meal keeps me full. And this is a real treat to look forward to,I keep all my bars in the freezer as it makes them last longer and are more chewy,,, good luck everybody,,,

      to get through the evenings i try to have my dinner meal at about 6pm and then when big brother is on at 10pm i have a cup of tea with skimmed milk and my bar..it feels like a real treat and it keeps me on track knowing that i have that me time to look forward to

      The thing that helps me at evenings is making sure I have something to enjoy late evening. In the winter its a nice hot cup of broth, free soo if I want I can make it as big as I choose. In these humid summer months its a nice shake icecream or a slushy, so look forward and dint feel deprived or want to blip. Its even great when my partner looks jelous at my icecream lol

      Drink plenty of water and have your last meal as late as possible. I found keeping myself distracted or busy helps so I have a bath, read, catch up on emails and most importantly read secret slimmers Facebook page to keep me motivated and on track.

      evenings are my worst times , to help me get through to bedtime i plan something to keep me occupied .; i’ll declutter a draw, or have a nice soak in the bath , do my nails , try hairstyles etc…. if i want to watch tv , i have my dinner between 6-7 and then have a bar later on .throughout the evening i have water or broth on the go all the time . i’ll have my last drink about an hour before sleep . i try not to eat too close to bedtime as i find it makes me feel worse . if i’m really tempted to blip – i use reverse psychology and try on something really too big for me that just a few weeks ago was tight and it makes me realise how far i have come and i dont want to spoil that .i also tell myself to wait 30 mins if i’m really tempted to have another product ( i live alone so have nothing in the house to ” cheat ” ) by which time i’ve normally forgotten that i wanted some thing .

      My tips for getting in all the water .9 this is the way i do it )

      I love my cup of coffee in the morning ….to earn that i have to drink 1 litre of water first 🙂 ..about 11 i could have a broth .Then i still have 4 packs .
      Another litre of water then a pack…and so on . i try to have most of my water drank by 6pm as this means less trips to the loo during the night lol.
      When i am ironing i take a sip after each garment i iron, usually by the time i have finished i have drank 1 litre without really noticing ..

      just a few things that work for me xx

      I start on my meals as late in the day as possible. I start off each morning drinking water till at least midday. By starting later, I spread the 4 meals out through afternoon and then I can sit down at 8pm and have my last meal which is usually a bar with a nice cuppa and relax 🙂

      I’ve always finished all my packs before 7 so if I want something in the evening I blitz up a slushy or have a lolly with the water flavourings 🙂 xx

      I’ve only been doing the plan 2 weeks now and I find the evenings are the worst, particularly when I have to cook for my family!

      I always have a water bottle to hand.. I did a ltr bottle works best as you don’t even realise how much you are drinking..

      I then cook my family a similar meal to my TFR meal so that I don’t feel like I am missing out…. Last night my husband had a cheesy pasta whilst I enjoyed pasta carbonara! Mine even smelt better than his!!

      I then keep myself busy with the little tasks that are away from the kitchen… Such as washing, hoovering, self pampering!! Watching my fave films… I always make sure my trustee water bottle is close by!!

      my top tip is keep at least 2 meals for the evenings as they help me through that time i always have a meal and a bar to have while watching tv helps me to stay on track also lots of water and broth too x

      I am really happy with my first weeks weight loss 1stone 0.33pounds. i drink lots of water and eat and drinks at pointed down times, that helps myself.
      I am extending now to another 2 weeks. good luck everybody XXX

      Drink lots and busy yourself – iv been goin to gym straight after work so I’m home later and have tea later then have my bar just after 10 but the nights I don’t gym iv been treating myself with a couple of episodes of whatever box set I’m watching (currently private practice!) and when I run out of things to watch I read or now that iv lost a bit going through my clothes that I avoid to see how close I am to fitting in them ! Spurs me on to stick with it! I’m also quite partial to a long bath with whatever smelly things I have – pampering yourself always helps!! 😉

      I always half my bar , I have half after my lunch or dinner andvthen in the eveningbwhen im relaxing I have the other half and it feels like im having something special . Keep busy before that get out in the fresh air too makes you feel great x

      I drink tons of water. I have a 750mls bottle with me everywhere. I just constantly dtink it. I also find delaying my first meal as long as possible to get me through the daY. I DON’T take any food after 8pm. I am on Day 5 and have lost 9lbs so far…….

      I’ve only been doing this for over a week but doing great and loving it 🙂 If I find the evenings tough I usually have a flavouring in my water (been trying to go with plain cold water)…it tricks my brain into thinking I am having yummies because they’re so delicious and I feel like I’ve had an extra meal believe it or not lol My brain and stomach are happy being tricked into thinking I’ve just been naughty!!

      My tips for the evening is to stay focused on long term goals not short term gratification that a blip may bring. Take charge if you crave something sweet have a bar or a sweet shake for the last product of the day, if it’s savoury have a soup or a meal. I have some pics of me that I am not keen on dotted around the house to remind me that I want to be slimmer, have a smaller size dress on the outside of my wardrobe after a bath and a read of the secret slimmers page I go to bed with a sparkling water and a pat on the back that another day is completed and one step closer to the new me.

      My tip is keep busy if your feeling like blipping go visit a friend or walk ur dog I have a glass of the pink lemonade before my meal witj fizzy water or make a list off things you want to achieve in 2 weeks or four by the time you do that it will have passed .

      One of the things that help me is contacting either on of my best friends or a lost friend. To hear there voice after a long while and speaking to them on the phone for hours makes the diet a lot easier now I’m on my third day. I’m doing fine and ready to knock this one out the park. But call a friend you haven’t spoken to on a while and you’ll definitely be on the phone for an hour minimum.

      Evening times would always be my downfall, but I know that when I leave a product or two for the evening I’m less likely to cave.
      Painting the nails, reading, going onto the secret slimmers group and reading the posts each evening normally is all anyone needs to get through the rest of the evening..
      The support and motivation there is normally enought (with a frozen hazelnut bar and a large cup of tea) to see you through the evening xx
