[SIGN UP] Love Your Body February Jean Size Challenge

Hi everyone!  Welcome to THE NEW YOU PLAN FEBRUARY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE!  This is the month of LOVE, and this month I want us all to LOVE OUR BODY’S.

This Month we are going to do something different in our MONTHLY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE!

WEEK ONE – Commit to forming ONE HEALTHY HABIT this month

WEEK TWO – Commit to doing something to TREAT YOURSELF 

WEEK THREE – Aim to be wearing one size of SMALLER JEANS

WEEK FOUR – Achieve your monthly WEIGHT LOSS GOAL

[hr] WEEK ONE – Commit to forming ONE HEALTHY HABIT this month

To create and maintain a slim healthy New You, you NEED to build in healthy habits.  Drinking water, Walking, Exercising, Sleeping, Meditating – these are all healthy habits that you might want to work on, or you might have one of your own!  Share what healthy habit you are focusing on developing this month, and let us know each week how you are going.

[hr] WEEK TWO – Commit to doing something to TREAT YOURSELF

With February being the month of LOVE with Valentine’s day, we want everyone to do something that will be a real treat for you!  Maybe that is booking a massage, a beauty treatment, a spa day, a hair cut, or something you love to do that you haven’t took the time to do for a while.  Maybe even just buying a nice candle and luxury bath bubbles!  Make sure by week 2 that you have treated yourself.

[hr] WEEK THREE – Aim to be wearing one size of SMALLER JEANS

By week 3 or 4 in February it would be great if we could all be in a size smaller of jeans!  Losing weight from your waist is one of the most important places to lose weight.  Women should be aiming of a waist measurement of less then 32 inches, and men aiming for less than 37 inches.    You don’t have to state your jean size, but we are going to run a mini competition and once you join the challenge I can tell you how you can be in the running for this if you want to!

[hr] WEEK FOUR – Achieve your monthly WEIGHT LOSS GOAL

By the end of the month we would love everyone who takes part in our FEBRUARY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE to achieve their goal for the month.  With Spring fast approaching (the first day of Spring is March 20th) wouldn’t it be great to see the sun coming out, and being able to wear the nice spring fashions this Easter time.  Set your weight loss goal for the month now and every week do your very best to move closer to that goal so you can celebrate at the end of the month, feeling healthier, slimmer and proud of your achievements.

2.)  POST YOUR WEIGHT LOSS GOAL FOR THE MONTH IN POUNDS

3.)  STATE HOW YOU ARE GOING TO TREAT YOURSELF TO SOMETHING NICE THIS MONTH

4.)  CONFIRM YOU ARE AIMING TO DROP A JEAN SIZE AND YOU WILL LET US KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE ACHIEVED THIS (you can take photos for us to share if you want to or you can just let us know!)
