Royal Mail & Parcelforce Strike Action:
LAST UPDATE: 30.11.2022: Important Service Update for our UK mainland customers, Royal Mail / Parcelforce will be striking this week. In an effort to minimise disruption, we will be working with FedEx to handle all our UK mainland orders. This comes into effect for any orders placed after 3pm on Monday the 28th of November 2022. There will be NO additional cost for this service. Due to the speed with which we had to implement this process we are only able to offer this single courier service until things return to normal.
Standard service will resume from 3 pm on Monday the 5th of December. We do apologise to anyone who has a preference for the Parcelforce or DPD service, this is sadly out of our control at this time.

I am so glad that you no longer use DPD! My first order was due from them today and it has been ‘delayed due to a local issue’ . I waited in all day and they can’t say for sure if it will arrive tomorrow either. It’s put me off to be honest and I was so excited.
