Hi everyone who is participating in the November Weight Loss Challenge, this is where you need to post your weight loss results!

If you want to join in, please go to the registration post and state your name and how many pounds you want to lose for 30th November!

As part of the New You November Weight Loss Challenge, I am posting a task, or thought every day to help keep everyone motivated and on track to achieve their weight loss goals in time for Christmas!

        So 1kg is 2.2 pounds? *let me go get my calculator here….*

        That is 4 pounds! (well 3.74 but i rounded it up as we are not going to be getting that precise lol)

      7lbs since last tuesday, boot camp last night and twice more this week so hoping for similar results next week. Good luck to all.

      4.6 lbs down… only 9.4 to hit my target for the month, and 22 days left to do it…

      you never know i may even beat it!

      OMG!!!!!! Started on the 1st of November, first big weigh in today 9lbs off. I was hoping for 4 or maybe 5 but I’ve just dumped 4 and a half bags of sugar from my body wooohoooo!!! Thank you to everyone who posted about ur weight loss, you all kept me motivated.Roll on next week πŸ™‚

      Start date: 30/10 – Day 9 for me and have happily said goodbye to 10lbs so far. I’m not expecting the same result with week 2 but anything is a bonus right ladies!!!

      As in from this morning 8.1 lbs down. Julz we may have to up my goal for this month!!! yay… only 4 lbs left to my goal this month.

      Guys the walking is really really helping me. i do about 20 mins a day kinda fast walking and the way home from work, is all up hill. I am sure i look a picture when i get to the top each night, But you know what i get a smile in the morning when i look at the scales!

      Try it i am going down faster then before.

      I have 3.5 lbs left to get in to the next stone bracket, fingers crossed i can do it by mondays weigh in.

      Ok so im only on day three of my november challenge. I was sick last week so couldnt start but im on track now, hopefully, πŸ™‚ my target seems unrealistic now but ill still try. . .

      hi guys
      im so disappointed have been sick since 2 nd november — have chest infection and
      on medication. Docs ordered no diet for me . Really not happy . But im working on
      my WII cause not allowed out . I know im not allowed to talk about foor when the rest
      of you are doing so well . Im eating brown rice chicken and boiled broccoli
      better than junk food whilst confined to house.

        Hi Lisa, I am so sorry you are not feeling well but you are doing the right thing to delay starting until you are in full health and you get the ok from the doctor!

      ANOTHER ONE GONE!

      MISCALCULATED ABOVE I HAD 6 TO LEFT TO LOOSE SO NOW ONLY HAVE 5 MORE TO GO! AND THE BEST PART OF 3 WEEKS TO DO IT..

      HOPE EVERYONE IS DOING WELL. GREAT RESULTS ABOVE GUYS!

      First week completed and I’m singing Γ³le ole Γ³le!!!! Last week I weighed 11st 8 lbs and this evening I weighed 10st 13.5 lbs – that is 8.5 lbs down by my reckoning. I am thrilled.

      End of Week 2 – so its 14 lbs in total – delighted with result so far – if I loose another 14 lbs I’ll be at my goal weight yipee!!!!
      This is the easiest eating plan you’ll ever follow because it’s as simple as opening a packet (no having to plan menu etc etc which has tripped me up before) My daughter calls it spaceman food ha ha!!!!

        LOL! Congratulations Rachel! 14 pounds!! Woohoo!! Go you! ps I had a wee chuckle at spaceman food! But you are right, it is easy not to have to think about cooking a meal for your family and then another one for you.. this way it is easier! xoxo

        Its basically circuit training with a wide variety of exercises including kettle bells, skipping ball work , boxing, running, step exercises mat work – It varies every class and everyone feels very good after it. Its pay as you go and only costs 5 euro a class. Its well worth the effort even though it is rather tempting to stay in on these long wintery evenings.

      Hil All phil here in cork I Started the Diet last Monday , I have previously used lipotrim but found it hard to restart , anyway my starting weight was 290;b and today it was 273 water i Know , but a good boost to keep going

      3lbs down, that’s 10 in 2 weeks a bit behind target but went a little awall on Saturday night, bloody social life! Boot camp is helping me keep on track but it is hard going not to mention the aches and pains! well done to all and will check in next week.

      Another 3lb Gone :)… Yipee!! Its also the end of TFR month for me so i’ve lost a grand total of 19lb In 28Days πŸ™‚ So Happy!! I’m Continueing On A New You Plan With Hotmeals and bars Included now. So Looking forward to the different flavours…. November Goal is 14lbs So i have 2 weeks to Lose 7lb. HERE GOES….

      Only 2lb down, social life again and my lack of willpower πŸ™‚ better off then on tho. That’s 12lb altogether. Now if I try really hard I may scrape to my target of 20lb by the end of November, not holding out much hope but loss is loss so whatever comes off I will be happy with. Good luck all.

        2 pounds loss is still good! πŸ™‚ The key is to jump back on the band wagon and always do your best when you can, especially over the december period if you are going to be soicalising, making up for treat days will help you to lose a little or maintain and still have fun xox

      Hi ive been busy all week should have weighed myself on wednesday but ive just done it now and another 3lbs down so that is a total of 19lbs in 3 weeks i feel so good im planning on doing it over the xmas so hopefully ill be another stone down in the new year i have my sons first communion next may so i want to look well for that so that is keeping me motivated too i hope you all are doing good ok chat soon ARIANA xxx
