Ellie’s VLCD Blog – Day 70




Welcome to my Week 10 weigh in,

WOW I really cannot believe that I have been on plan for 10 weeks. The time is really flying in, as you can see from the video I have dropped anther 2lbs which I am super happy about.  This week I have noticed my body shape changing loads… My jeans are getting more and more into size 10’s and I am feeling  Brilliant. Lucky enough I have been able to stick to the plan 100% with 4 litres of water per day, maybe an extra product when I am finding some gym days tough. I am really loving the gym I actually feel guilty on my two days off a week, I am really enjoying it and waking up with a smile so it is so worth it icon smile Ellie’s VLCD Blog – Day 36 Each time I go to the gym I feel myself getting that little bit stronger and doing that little bit more. However its not a pretty sight when I am leaving the place. HAHA …. Going to the gym now for 10 weeks I am able to up my exercise more and burn more calories. Its a great feeling and it definetly a hobbie I will not be giving up on.

My BMI is shooting right down and I am just entering in to the healthy range with a BMI of 25 which is really good and motivates me so much knowing I am going out of that bracket and into a much healthier one. Within 10 weeks my life seems to have changed so much and I am with out a doubt a more healthier and happier person.
