Woohoo HIGH FIVE for making it to DAY FIVE!!

I hope you are starting to feel some momentum building and feeling positive that you are doing well!!

      Great mantras!

      I wasn’t sure where to post this, so anyway, here goes:

      1 month ago I was down, very down. Work, health/weight, family, money, the house, all was getting me down, and I was irritable and snappy.

      Today, as I was driving back from my new dance class (with this amazing teacher), it dawned on me what a 180 degrees turn my life had realised in just 4 weeks! Thanks to the New You Plan, after 3 weeks of TFR, I have:
      – lost 23.5lbs that I am vowing never to see again
      – lost my insatiable need to eat for comfort
      – started cycling once or twice a week with DH and our toddler Emily (who asks for it all the time now!)
      – started going to the gym twice a week (training with the Couch 2 5K mp3s), and loving it
      – started the amazing dance class mentioned above
      – completed an important project at work, and found out that my employer has an online learning port with courses that will help my career, so I’ve started them at night
      – had so much time on the diet that I’ve worked on a few house maintenance things that had niggled me for ages. Plus it’s also cleaner now!
      – after 6 months working from an agency, DH was offered a contract from his employer, with more money and benefits (maybe NYP didn’t help there, but still!)

      So thank you, ladies and Alan, for being part and parcel of a very important and positive change in my life. I am ecstatic, and still can’t believe how easy this all was too!

      I was just wondering does it work?
      All you have to do is eat 4-5 of there food supplements a day and drink water a have a vitamin also?

      Is there anything I’m missing.
      Some people said they lost 8lb -10lb pounds in a week, is that really how rapid it is?
