Day 01: Damian’s New You Weight Loss Diary*
Day 1 — 19 stone 2 lbs .. 70 lbs to Go!
New You Plan -Day 1
So I have eventually got started today!
I was going to start on Monday, but people always say “Diet starts Monday” so I decided not to fit the cliche and start today! I had planned on to have a porridge for Breakfast, then a shake around 2pm and a bar at about 7pm, but that went out the window.
I woke up and wasn’t hugry until about 11.30am and by then I didn’t fancy a porridge so I had a Chocolate shake.I made my shake in the blender with ice and it was grand. I also made some Ice tea which i sipped throughout the day. So far I have just had 2 shakes today, and might just have 1 bar as I am not feeling too hungry.
But if I end up getting hungry later on at least I have the option to have something.Today was a bit unusual as I was glued to the TV watching football all day, so I didn’t really think of food too much. I have drank about 2 litres of water (sparkling and still) and then about 1/2 a litre of Iced Tea.
I have decided to stay off coffee, as I can be prone to headache if I have coffee when I am not eating much, so I made a decision to avoid it for a few days until I get into the swing of things.If you haven’t done it yet, you can keep in touch by adding me on Facebook
