Some people say if you want to lose weight – eat less, move more – they simply have no idea what it is like for some people! They assume that what works for them, works for everyone, and that is a very narrow minded person. Losing weight is such complicated emotional process and what holds us back is fear.

You could live every day as your perfect day. Go to the places you want to go to. Meet the people you want to meet. Be the person you want to be. Wear the clothes and have the style you dream of. And have boundless energy and fitness that inspires others!

It is your deepest fear – the deepest fear that you do not deserve it to be slim, healthy, brilliant and gorgeous. But you do deserve it, you really do!

So as we enter that final quarter of the year, make the decision to conquer your biggest fear and get committed to your new you journey. Believe that YOU DO DESERVE to be slim, healthy, gorgeous and amazing!
