Ellie’s VLCD Blog – Day 98 (REFEED)



Welcome to my Day 98  (Fourteenth week weigh in)

Thank you all for joining me on my weigh in…. I am super excited about my results WOOHOO!! I cannot believe that in my 14 weeks I have lost over two and a half stone on The New You Plan. I am absolutely buzzing and so excited and proud that I have achieved so much in such a short space of time.

This week my weight remained the same as lasts weeks weigh in. Considering I have been on refeed for two weeks I think this is a great result. I have manged to lose 2lbs on refeed and put nothing on. WOOHOO :)Refeed went really well for me, I remained to have a few products everyday and a nice meal in the evening. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be to stick to refeed and the right foods and portion sizes. I also continued to keep my water intake up everyday, however I did have a few treats along the way and I think I did deserve them. 🙂

Today I am going back on Total Food Replacement until I reach my ultimate goal. So I have roughly around 7lbs to lose and I will be at my ideal weight. I am so excited to reach this and continue my life in a healthier more car free manor. Going to the gym is something I will continue doing and I must say I am really enjoying myself there.

My journey seems to be getting so close to goal and I must say I am excited to get back on to Total Food Replacement and keep myself motivated until I reach my goal. I cannot express how excited and nervous I feel. The motivation is oozing out of me at the moment and I am really enjoying my time sharing my journey with you all and hearing about all of your successes.
