Welcome Back

Thank you all for joining me again. My days are just flying in and I cannot believe I am on my WEEK 9 weigh in….. I was  super nervous for it and am really egar to see the 9’s come in as the last few weeks have been pretty slow. 23 pounds gone in 8 weeks and I am drawing so so close until I reach my ultimate goal of 9 stone 🙂 WOOHOO – I cannot tell you how exciting it is to have this at reach. Make sure you watch the video to see my weigh in …. I am super pleased about my results…. I might have just moved into another bracket 😉 😉

The days have been going pretty well for me, as you can see from the picture below I have been continuing with my nights out and having a good social life…. I keep telling myself that this is only a short journey and I can enjoy my nights out and joining in with my friends more when I reach my target and by then I will be feeling AMAZING!!! In the picture below I am on the left hand side and when I look at that photo and a photo back 9 weeks ago I have made some wonderful changes and I am feeling so good about myself 🙂

On Saturday I woke up early and straight to the gym for 2 hours which motivated me so much for my busy day ahead. Home showered and into town for a little retail therapy and GUESS WHAT????? I was able to buy my FIRST PAIR OF SIZE 10 JEANS…… EEEEEEK I was super excited and happy to get comfortably fitted into these ….. You can see them in the picture above …..  I cannot believe after years I now fit into size 10’s …. I could have easily cried with excitement and being honest I did feel very proud 🙂 WOOHOOO!!!! FEELING WONDERFUL!!
