My top reasons for losing weight are to be healthy, to look good with and without clothes and be slim for Christmas, first time ever since I was a child. I have calculated that I have been overweight/obese for 27 years of my life, way too long and that’s about to change, it’s very hard to change bad habits of a life time but I will succeed, I just know it. xxx 🙂
