Welcome to Day 9 of the new you plan weight loss challenge!
“Let’s make May Magnificent!” I hope the month has got off to a positive start for you, and you are feeling this week is going to be a positive week for you to achieve your weight loss goals and get closer to the clothes size you want to be in!
Today I wanted to refresh our minds on what we need to do to make our dreams come true, so that we can be focused on making this month really amazing. We have already covered so many great topcis in our challenge, and if you haven’t already watched all the videos then I would recommend that you do that.
I also hope that you are completing the daily tasks, as the more daily consistent focused action you put into this challenge and into making your mind focused on achieving your slim figure the easier it will be and the more momentum you will build!
Here is today’s video for you, and the message today is HOW TO MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE. Â I know this video is focused on weight loss, but you could also apply these principles to any other dreams you might have! Â I really hope you enjoy the video and it helps you to get really focused this week, as I really want you to KILL IT!!

That was very helpful as today since my huge weight loss I have stayed the same and have smelly breath ha ha. Could be worse I could weigh a stone more. Good luck every one and Thanks Julz

Im enjoying following the plan and feel committed for May. I was fat at fourty and Im determined to be slim and fitter by fifty.

Hi Julz, thanks again for another great 12 min pep talk. I was away at the weekend and forgot my charger for my lap top so had no access to newyou ALL weekend. Good news is that I stayed on the wagon, no drink no food other than my tfr packs. Had a row with hubby which normally would see me heading to food but somehow knowing you were all here kept me focused and even more determined, walked loads as well which was nice, so even without my daily access to my secret slimmers colleagues I now know I can do this on my own if I have to xx ps we made up!!

I have been re-feeding for the last 3 weeks and have lost few extra pounds.
Thank you Julz for sending all those emails and videos, as they keep me in the loop.
The video was very inspirational and it is so true – Short term pain = long term pleasure.
Today at work I had the option of having chocolate chip bread, but remembered then – it makes me feel good only for the few seconds while I eat it. So I left it there. It’s great to be slim.
Keep up the good work everyone and thanks again Julz for helping me to change!
