It is the First Sunday of July – Wooohoooooo We want you to plan your month ahead!! setting yourself goals is a really motivating way to keep yourself on track.
This Sunday we are going to focus on one of the #M’s from the #MChallenge – we are going to be talking about #Mapping.
What is #Mapping??
#Mapping – Map out your week every weekend and Map out the next day every night before you go to bed. Planning your days and making sure you schedule in time for your healthy habits will help you to stay healthy and happy and create that sense of momentum and achievement that you are moving confidently towards the life of your dreams.

It is really important that we take a little bit of time out and think about what we want to achieve that day, that week, that month or even the year, we are all guilty of just getting by and we never take time to work on ourselves.
The smallest thing can make the biggest difference, for example, go and get your hair done – whether you get it cut, styled, or coloured it is going to change your mood, this one thing can set you up for a good week to reach your goals.

Aiming to get back on the horse again as from tomorrow…. Have been on the slippery slope this last few weeks , now feel bloated , and clothes are tight 🙁

Starting again today… I’m 16st 9lb and need to lose approx 3st by November to fit in my wedding dress 👰 So julys aim is to lose 1st!!!
my goals for the month are (1) to stick to the plan 100%. (2) Try to get a little walk in everyday knees permitting. (3) Use secret slimmers for inspiration, (4) BE HAPPY
I needed to see this I’ve been off plan too long now don’t feel 100% now I’ve put on the pounds. Feel motivated today I have a full box of meals so here I come xx
Goals for the month are to continue on plan as i did in June.
Am away on holiday for a week (self catering). Usually holiday time is a ‘stuff-your-face-because-I-am-on-holiday’ time! And also holidays usually steel all my motivation when i get back and i can never get back on plan.
so Goal for July are not only to eat sensibly when on holiday but also not to be knocked by whatever i gain and to get straight back onto plan so that i can shed the holiday gain!
Also need to start getting some more regular exercise, so July for me so setting some new habits!
I’ve 6 weeks until my first dress fitting for my wedding. I’m planning on completing 4 weeks starting tomorrow and then maintain or lose a little more after. Let’s do this 😉
I want to be 100% and start little exercise from tomorrow
My plan for July is to stick to the plan I choose be it fast focus or family focus. Get back to walking but most of all do things that will help me get through the obstacles that lay ahead
My plan and goals are to remain 100% 4×4 for the month of july and loose another stone.
I DO WANT A STONE OFF BY THE END OF JULY ! WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP SO FAR SO GOOD!
My goal for July is to be POSITIVE! I’ve been feeling really down recently with a lapse in a long term illness and let it affect my mood, eating habits, everything. I jumped back on the tfr wagon a week ago and feel so much better already, I can do this and take control of the things that are controllable!
I have two goals: one is to keep to plan until the end of July in time for my break to Wales and two is to keep my ideas and new ventures alive!!!
i plan to stick to the plan 100% and hopefully lose 14 or 15 lbs in July 🙂
i haven’t just fallen off the wagon i ate it too ! i plan on losing at least stone(14 lbs) this month, i’ll be drinking no alcohol and just sticking to plan plus a little walk each day when its not raining or my exercise dvd on wet days good luck everyone xxx
goals are -8lbs, to start exercising, sort my medication, hopefully have my last driving lesson! (where as my first lesson was a february goal!!)
I’m aiming to be as close to 100% as I can for the next few weeks. Holidays are looming and I want to feel in control and motivated to eat well on holiday rather than just completely letting go.
Hoping for 7lb before I go!

I aim to lose a stone this month by sticking to the plan and drinking loads of water 🙂
My July goals are:
1. Stick to tfr and Lose a stone
2. Achieve 1 unassisted pull up
2. 50 squats per day
3. Hold a 2 minute plank
4. Cycle x 3 per week
5. Gym x 4 per week
6. Sleep average 6.5 hour per night
My goal for July is to silence the inner critic! I can do this!
Also losing 17lb this month would be lovely too! xo
