well done to my mum for winning the kindle fire first off π , top tips for first week would be to get your hands on one of new you’s drop a jean size booklet, to record all your measurements and write down you reasons for loosing the weight. Organise your meals that your going to have and space those meals out during the day, work out what type product your going to eat when depending on your life style, for example i have a porridge to see me through the morning, then a bar or shake for lunch, followed by a main meal and shake or bar together for around 5pm, then i have a coffee in evenings, and for a treat every other day one block of my favourite chocolate wafer. At the end of the day write down your positive thoughts for each day, and try and focus on those. Most importantly drink lots of water as much as you can, it helps with the headaches!! last but not least visit new you secret slimmers for support and advice !!!!

Water, water and then more water. The more you drink the more you lose. I find on the days where I don’t have enough to drink then I don’t lose as much.

MY TOP TIPS for keeping 100%
Write down all reasons why you want to lose the weight, and keep them somewhere close to hand, so that if you feel like you are going to blip read those reasons.
If you can go for a nice walk that will stop you from blipping.
Or ring a friend and have a good chat to stop you thinking about it.
Drink plenty of water between 2-4 litres or more.
If you can drink Black coffee as this counts towards your fluid intake.
Or drink the broth mix as this also counts towards your fluid intake.
Keep looking at your before photo, and your “latest” photo , the camera does not lie and it will encourage you to keep up the good work.
make sure you log in to Secret Slimmers every day, if you feel like blipping you can talk to other members who will support you through it , and stop you blipping.
Order a dress in the size you want to be and keep trying it on to see that you are getting nearer to it fitting you. (it works for me π )
Set yourself mini goals , and reward yourself when you reach those goals, with something that is non food related , eg hair done, nails done, new outfit, make over, even just a lovely bubble bath & pamper session . Just something to make you feel special.
Never concentrate on the long term goal, just think about your next short term goal. I set myself mini goals when I get under the next stone, or the next dress size π

My tips for getting through the first week is stay focused, remember why you started. Imagine yourself the size you want to be in the outfit you dreamed of. Get busy, gardening, reading, taking a long bath with candles. Drink plenty of water, take paracetamol if you have a headache but never forget why you are doing it, you want to change you want the new you. Use the Facebook page for support everyone is amazing, with fabulous ideas of how to get through the day! If all else fails have an early night π
top tips will be keep pictures of your goal around the house…check SS page regulary for motivation and anytime u think about blipin…have a reasons why u want to lose weight on the fridge…oh..there is sooo many..:)
My one and only tip for week one is to keep your focus, its the hardest time on the diet but just remember that after the first few days it becomes so much easier. So basically if you feel like you cant do it in that first little while focus on why you are here and what you want to achieve then tell yourself that you will not achieve this by giving up, it will set you back mentally aswell as physically.
My top tips for week one are
1. Keep busy
2. Keep drinking
3. Keep focused
4.keep visualising how you want to be, and how you want to fit into your clothes
5. Keep a journal/ write down all your drinks and the food packs you have
6. Try and space your food packs out
7.long soaks in the bath at night
8. Early bed…. Maybe read, stay out of the fridge !
9. Tell yourself that you ARE worth it, and that you deserve to be where you want to be
10. Once the first week is done, you will be sailing !….. Good luck π x

Keep drinking the skinny making juice…WATER…lol..even when on maintenance…and when I had a BREAK I still have the habit of drinking a good few litres a day. Take each day as it comes….a meal at a time…don’t beat yourself up if you OCCASIONALLY fall of the wagon…we are human…and life at times is tough. On the other hand it is tooooooo easy to fall into the BAD habits that got us all fat in the first place. Being an emotional eater I can so relate to stress worry and upheaval making us reach for the cabohydrate FIX..and like any other addiction the LOWS to make up for the HIGHS of that couple of minutes of stuffing your face. Me on the second part of my journey….and it is early shaky days…..but I am determined…no matter what…I am NEVER going back there….This plan has been my saviour…health wise and the bonus is we look better too….also have made life long amazing friends on here…you know who you are. Love all my SS Familia. xx

My top tip for helping to get through your water for the day….4 x 1 litre bottles are for less intimidating that the 2 or 2.5 litre bottles!
My toppest tip to myself, is just keeping focused on the very here and now, later, tomorrow, next week can take care of itself. What’s important is now, and staying true to the plan for this moment!!
