Today I want to share with you a very profound 6 step process to get your sexy back. To succeed at anything does take a lot of planning, and figuring things out, and there is a learning curve, and some frustrations to work through… (don’t forget that me and my team are here to help you fast track through so reach out to us at anytime we are available 8am to 8pm and even later to be honest! …That is it.  That is all you need to DO! In  just 6 weeks, you could be 2 sizes smaller, feeling amazing, and looking amazing 🙂

So Lets Break it Down:

Now lots of us can SAY we are going to do something… but at the end of the day, it does’t matter how long we TALK about doing this. What actually matters is DOING IT.

DOING IT will get the results you are longing for, and it will end all your frustrations that being overweight brings you.

WHY PUT OFF DOING WHAT WILL BRING YOU SO MUCH HAPPINESS?

If you are putting off DOING it, maybe it is because you can’t face it, you can’t get your head into the game, you hate the thought of being strict with your diet and not eating what you want, you are too busy, etc etc. My bet is… if you want to do the diet, and you are talking about doing the diet, but you are not doing the diet, that you are feeling a bit crap about yourself right now…

You want to know why I think that?? Because…

If you are saying and thinking one thing (I want to do the new you plan and I want 2015 to be the year that I finally get slim and healthy) but then you are not actually doing it. That means you are fighting with yourself, and you have inner conflict and it is not a good way to be (I know that because I have been there too!!)

If you can follow the 6 step plan above, then you will be a lot happier within yourself as you will be being congruent, and moving towards your goals and the life and body you want to have.It is amazing how fast you will feel good on the plan. All the reasons why you might be stopping yourself from getting going will disappear once you feel good and ketosis kicks in. 🙂

      Day 3 over Was very good today the last 2 days I eat a sausage and some mushrooms out of habit when I was cooking for the family. That’s my problem having to cook for everyone. it has gone very well a bit worried about the next two days I have to work
      two 12 hour shifts. not sure how that will go but I’ll give it a good go.

      Day two for me they won down and feeling motivated just not sure whether I should be having for packs of food a day or three packs and a bar a day or when can you have a snack
      have headaches but I’m guessing that’s because I need to drink more water ! something I’ve always struggled with but here goes !
